I haven't had the need for a support request yet, however they do very good messaging around upcoming maintenance windows. **Pros:** Very reliable. Consistent behavior. Excellent responsiveness on remote sessions. Identical experience across Mac and PC. Overall, a very high-quality product. **Cons:** On occasion, if the remote device has been sleeping for a while, the initial connection by Splashtop may not allow input and require a refresh.
