Awesome!

Pros

is so much more economical than GoToMyPC. I had used it for years but the value of Splashtop is hands down the best. I support 15+ clients on a daily basis and love it.

Cons

The only thing that is annoying is the printing but hopefully they will get that where it is quicker soon.

My teams overall experience with has been awesome! It’s come in handy so many times.

Pros

I love the high quality streaming of the remote access. The options in settings let your prioritize quality or speed and it comes in handy depending on the project or task you are working on. Also the pass through audio is so important when accessing computers remotely so you can listen or review details.

Cons

There’s nothing I don’t like about it. The platform is solid, affordable, reliable, versatile and of high quality.

I chose because of the value and price. You can’t beat what you’re getting over the competition and you won’t get as many features and quality with anyone else.

There's a free version that is absolutely free and you'll be able to access your PC from anywhere. Comes in handy when out sick, on vacation or with a client.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is the screen zooming capabilities could be better.

Pros

The software is relatively simple to use and the fact it allows me to help on iOS as well as computer is a bonus, never have had any issues with it.

Cons

A limitation that Apple has set up to make it difficult for screensharing programs to be "plug and play" impacts non techy users from setting up these types of software with ease. has a great visual to help users but still could use improvement as the steps aren't as clear for non techy users.

I had a question when deploying on Linux and they quickly answered it. Support has been prompt when I needed it.

Pros

was easy to deploy across Mac and Linux and has 2FA for additional security.

Cons

I would have liked a slightly less expensive license for something midway in terms of computers (like 5 instead of 10).

Recommended by a friend and the free trial. did everything I needed across all the OS platforms I use.

I migrated to from TeamViewer, which I’d used as a free (though infrequent) user. When TeamViewer capriciously decided I was a commercial user (using simply to monitor/administer personal computers at home). Licenses for TeamViewer are expensive.

### "LogMeIn capabilities at a lower cost"

Have not needed to use support, software is easy to implement.

Pros

Provides a dashboard (Business App) that shows all computers. Easy to rename, access, and gives options for reboots remotely. Good picture quality depending on ISP speeds. Allows file transfers both ways, shows dual monitors.

Cons

It can get expensive but is much cheaper than LogMeIn.

In addition to remote, unattended access is packed with features including file transfer, screen sharing and recording, and the ability to blank the remote screen. What more could you ask for? Easy deployment as well!

Pros

So easy to use. Download quick and seamless. Haven't experienced a SINGLE technical issue in daily use over the last year+. That says a lot about the product.

Cons

Perhaps not quite as user-friendly as some software insofar as first-time use. Buttons at the top don't get the best direction. Only took a couple days for all of us here at work to figure out how to use so this isn't really a complaint. Just if anything is needed to be stated for "least likable" this might be it.

I'm extremely happy and I highly recommend it!

Pros

I'm a longtime GoToMyPC subscriber for my Business Consulting and Logistics company. When GoToMyPC jacked up their prices by a ridiculous multiplier, I was definitely disappointed. However, it was a great opportunity for me to find , which is a FAR superior solution for a fraction of the cost. I find Splashtop to be much more robust and useful for the types of things I need remote logins for.

Cons

Nothing...everything is great! There isn't anything I don't like about it.

The free trial took no time at all to convince me! I have a work computer, home computer, and laptop computer. I only ever use one at one time, but sometimes I need to log in remotely to any of them. The fact that I can access all computers with my account so easily is incredible

I recently pruchased this application to help with remote access during Covid 19. I could not be happier with the outcome.

Cons

The program can be a little sluggish when connecting but so are all the other options out there and when the cost is less than 10% of its competitors. why change.

I've had to use support when a host's on-site firewall was blocking my access, they figured out the issue and helped me get the exceptions fixed. Otherwise flawless performance, a great tool.

Pros

The desktop software and app are very useful. Much better and priced more fairly than all their competitors. I use it to check in on and maintain several kiosk mac minis, as well as to access work computers while I'm on the road.

Cons

I suppose the mobile app could be easier to use, but it works well enough.

Easy of transition from old vendor. Superior functionality.

Cons

Not being able to switch focus of screen from remote PC/MAC to my PC for training an end user by having them be able to see my PC desktop and apps.

It is solid, very stable and it has not let us down. Currently we use it a lot more due to the COVID-19 situation and the set it and forget it approach made working remotely a lot easier. No complaints about version mismatch like other software packages.

Pros

It provided all the features needed for our company at a very reasonable price. The company is very responsive, you can tell that they care about their company. It is rock solid and performs better than teamviewer.

Cons

I wish it would connect a little faster , but it is not a show stopper. It is rock solid!!

We have a lot of remote users that use Teams and Skype. Those are great for easy problems, but when issues need admin privileges, you need something else. We tried a lot of different ones before we made a decision. SOS gives all the bells and whistles and more at a great price. The three big things we need are, admin privileges, file transfer, and multiple monitors. This gives us those items and more. Not only does it allow you to switch between monitors, you can drag the multiple monitors across your screens to see it the way the user on the other end sees them as well. Great product.

Pros

It has all of the features of some of the more expensive competitors, but at a much lower price. It is very easy to use and deploy.

Cons

As of right now there is not really anything not to like about this software.

Reason for choosing Splashtop

SOS was cheaper than both for what you get for one thing. I felt that the user experience was much better with Splashtop SOS than Anydesk. I felt that Splastop SOS had more features that Teamviewer and was tremendously cheaper.

It provides services better than most of its competitors as it provides with a smooth experience. Also, both PCs and servers can be remotely controlled.

Pros

It is a great remote support tool as it has a good user interface coupled with secure connections. Even the pricing is fair. I haven't noticed any lag in remotely accessing the machines.

Cons

Screen fitting or alignment is an issue. Due to this, resolution if the monitor gets disturbed. Otherwise, it is genuinely a good product.
