Pros

has all the features we need and is easy to use. The price is great for our amount of use.

Cons

Everything about the software has been great. The only very minor thing is that we installed the host when we only needed the remote which could add some confusion for end-users.

was easy to see the features we needed are included and the package was cost-effective.

### "Pandemic Forced us out of offices, into Splashtop"

Pros

We needed to be able to access the office computer that houses a local database for immigration forms software. Due to the pandemic, this required a reliable and affordable solution. We tried other programs and found them either unreliable or too expensive. This software is a great fit for our small office needs.

Cons

The initial setup was a little confusing as I am not particularly tech savvy, but after a few mistakes, it was up and running in no time.

It's is nice to know that when I need to log into my customers' computers, I won't have to mess with troubleshooting issues or calling the customer to see if they can assist me. I haven't had any issues just logging right in!

Pros

I had been using another software that I loved, but it was taken off the market. I didn't think there was any way I would find another software that had all the features I needed. Of course, I tried a couple that were nightmares, but when I tried , I knew I found my new favorite. So easy to install, and I was up and running on all of my customers' computers in one day.

Cons

I've been using the software for about 3 months now, and I haven't found anything I don't like about it.

The exe is simple to deploy, just copy it to the public documents folder on a Windows machine and put a shortcut to it in the public desktop folder. Easy access for any user.

Cons

None to date, the software just works pure and simple.

Great experience so far. Very affordable.

Pros

I tried several free remote desktop clients because I was tired of lugging around a laptop to work and home and copying files every time I needed to work remotely. While the free remote clients kind of worked to connect me if I was on the right wi-fi network... blew them out of the water. I do some pretty CPU intensive work with video editing and production. Because of this I need more computing power than a laptop can generally supply. From the first time I installed the free trial I was able to access my desktop computer with ease and perform complicated video editing without a single hiccup. I have never had an issue connecting using the remote app either by 4G or any wi-fi signal.

Cons

I wish there was a way to resize my screen without having to change the source computer settings. I use ultrawide monitors at work on the source computer, but when I need to connect remotely it only gives me that ultra wide output. I wish I could reframe the window so it fit better on a tablet or traditional laptop.

Overall, has served its purpose well with our company. We use it a few times a month when someone needs access to our computer housing QuickBooks but can't be in the office for whatever reason.

Pros

is a great choice to use for small businesses who don't need to use remote access over long periods of time or use daily. It serves the exact purpose we need it for which is to access a specific computer from home or while on vacation.

Cons

You have to go through quite the authentication process, which won't work if the original setup user does not have access to his/her e-mail right then. I've had to allow others access to my e-mail in order to set up new devices when needed.

Pros

I especially like the ability to have two screen to work from while accessing our office files from home.

Cons

The transfer file feature to/from my laptop to the office server is a bit difficult to use.

We were using a tool which did not provide elevated permissions on computers which meant some troubleshooting or installation of software remotely was very difficult as we couldn't enter administrator credentials.

Pros

The ease of setup and connecting to a PC for elevated remote support. Features such as chat and file transfer are certainly bonuses.

Cons

Occasionally the antivirus add-on bitdefender has trouble deploying to PCs and that integration could be built out better but overall it's hard to complain at the price.

Easiest deployment and user experience ever. The purchase was simple and the reliability has been fantastic.

Pros

Easy to set up, deploy and manage. Training was a breeze and users were able to access and install upon invitation. Management is simple, reports are easy to read and digest and monitoring is ideal for our industry.

Cons

I have not found anything that I don't like. I have one user that has had a hard time connecting 100%, but this could be a setting or configuration of the computer.

I've used this less than six months but so far it's wonderful!

Pros

This software is very easy to use. You just send an invite out to the computer you want to remote into, they click on the link and that is pretty much it. This program can be customized how you enter the remote computer, you can set it up so their computer password comes up and they can put it in and then you are in or you just go right in with no password. I use this program to look at accounting issues on others computers or fix an issue they may be having. We had TeamViewer and it was over $500 per year and it didn't have all the features as ! I love this program.

Cons

I can't see the remote computers mouse moving, when working together to fix a problem it would help if I could see it. They can see mine.

Pros

Great way to log in to my work computer from home. I can access all my files I have on my computer. I can do anything that I would need to do at the office normally.
