is better than log me in, which was what our company used to use.

Pros

installs easily and is robust enough where I can work from another machine when trying to access my main machine

Cons

The connectivity can be hit or miss. There are times where it times out and I can't get back in when I want to.

Super easy to do business with!

Pros

I really like the splash top app because it reliably gets me to my work pc from home, without ever leaving. I can little work on my work computer from anywhere. It’s really helpful. The screen stays dark so if anyone is walking around my desk while I’m working remotely, they can’t know what I’m doing.

Cons

Nothing at all- I find the app to be super easy to use

If I was to use it constantly I don't think if it would be a good fit for me but because I use it periodically I am okay with it.

Pros

is very user friendly at a reasonable cost.

Cons

can be choppy which can be frustrating if you were to use it all the time.

Cost savings, better security, easier to use for our team.

Pros

We use Server to connect to a group of servers and workstations. Extremely flexible and secure, intuitive, and very efficient. And the file transfer tool has made me forget about ftp.

Cons

I also use to support remote access from outside reps, and the process to get it staged on their internal access PCs is hard to master. It all works, but seemed to take more time than it should.

Support Questions within the testing period where answered in a timely manner.

Pros

The functionality compares a 100% to software which is much more expensive. Sometimes it's even better. Smaller businesses cannot afford the license and maintenance fees of the well known vendors. Support Questions within the testing period where answered in a timely manner.

Within the testing period and after we didn't find any problems with the software, yet.

The program is very helpful and resourceful in getting help from others online without having someone come to your home. It all done online and just connect to the other person. It not a bad program i do recommend using it for business and schooling as well.

Pros

What i like about this program is that program can allow others to come into your computer and show how things are done online. Such as selling for instance. I had someone use remote support to show me how to do something that pertain to selling online.

Cons

What i least had issues with was the connection issues. You would get booted off and the other person would be booted and you had to reconnect everytime. That the only downfall i had with the remote support program.

### "Best replacement for LogMeIn!!"

The software was exactly what I was looking for to replace LogMeIn. I had used LMI for years prior to this, their new pricing structure for what I need, was going to over triple in price and cost me upwards. For a small business and only needing this for occasional quick remote access to start a process or check on something at home, or quick connect to my parents computer to help fix a problem, I wasn't going to spend that. breaks the mold and has a GREAT product for a fraction of the price!

Pros

Pricing is amazing and so far, has worked great for me! I was beyond happy with support for the one time I've requested assistance.

Cons

Nothing specific... I'm not able to install other software on my work computer, so from there, I have had to use the Chrome based version, it doesn't have all of the features the full version does, but it's sufficient to remote to my home computer in a quick need to move files or check on things etc.

Our employees love it and find it much easier and quicker to use than Logmein which we used previously.

Pros

is a user friendly software to obtain access for remote work. It is easy to use and very secure.

Cons

I am tapping into a computer remotely to access our QuickBooks program for my job. If the laptop I am tapping into is shut off or someone else is at the office accessing QuickBooks, it will kick me off or lock me out. It would be nice for multi user access.

Similar to other remote software out there. At the time it was good value and worked OK for the price

Cons

slow. It was very slow to render. File transfer was not easy enough and was unable to change date format which was annoying more than anything else.

I connected to multiple computers when I travel. I like to have a lightweight laptop with me at all times, and my iPad sometimes instead of the laptop. It’s allows me to keep software on one computer and simply connect as needs.

Pros

I had been a GoToMyPC user for many years and the rates continue to increase almost every year. I searched for a comparable solution and found . When evaluating the differences between the two I found that I could get everything I needed for a whole lot less with Splashtop

Cons

Every once in a while my Mac will lose connection. I haven’t been able to figure out if it’s a Internet issue or the software.

We need to access our studio computers to be able to get back on the air, or to instert listener requests when away from the studios. Team Viwewer would routinely freeze our studio software and force us to travel to the office to get back on the air. has been extremely user friendly and has not ever caused any issues.

I love the affordability and ease of use! Smooth, and very user friendly.

As of now, there is not anything I don't like.

During this shutdown period, I had to have a reliable program to remote into my work computer from home. A co worker told me that he used and he recommended it. I immediately installed it and it's been running like a dream ever since.

Pros

was very easy to install and get several computers hooked up. It has never failed me or given me any problems.

Cons

I still need to maybe tootle around and look at the features that I'm not familiar with. Maybe there's a place for Q&A?

I'm not sure if it's because I'm on a macbook, or if this is the case with any laptop you're remoting in with - but I can't use copy/paste/shortcuts and that makes things a lot more difficult.

Pros

This was a cost effective alternative to what we were using for remote support that we ended up liking even better. is more intuitive to use, more responsive, and a better overall feel.

Cons

I do wish there were more customization to the roles in user management. My team cannot operate the software in the capacity that they need unless they are assigned the Admin role. Making each role have customization would go a long way in taking care of this.
