Was struggling with VPN connections when travelling, either could not connect or was too slow to be useable. Installed , now I can actually work on something and save it - Much better solution for my support role than VPN

Pros

It works! I like that it connects to a Computer at my work, this makes it faster to respond and if I lose connection I don't lose my work, it is just there where I left off when I connect back in.

Cons

Can be an issue if you accidentally shut down the computer you want to connect to

I first received a free one year trial version when attending SpiceWorld in 2018 and saw the value when i used it to support phones. So the next year purchased a license

Pros

Price and it works on phones Easy to talk end users through agent install

Cons

At this time I have not come across anything I dislike

Excellent. Easy to set-up, easy to learn, have not had issues.

Pros

ease of use! It's reliable, we don't notice any lag time, and it opens up our abilities to work off-site for a very reasonable rate.

Cons

I'd like to remote in two directions for the basic rate. So I can access the off-site computer from either location.

makes remote work easy and efficient. It eliminates mistakes and saves a lot of time transferring files back and forth. It makes working from home much more productive.

Pros

This software allows me to easily telework from home. It completely mirrors my computer at work, so I have access to all my files. It is easy to use and keeps me from having to physically transfer my files on a USB flash drive and re-save the files from home to work. Before I used this software, when I worked at home, I often found I needed files on my computer at work that I did not have with me.

Cons

I have not found any "cons" with this software.

If the screen size you are logging into is smaller then the one you are in front of black bars will be in the differenct.

has been incrediblely helpful in running a small buisness.

Pros

Our winery tasting room shut down during Covid and we began an aggressive online sales model. allowed me to manage our POS, shipping, reporting, and customer contact from home. Incredible value.

Cons

There is a little lag when using the software but could be the fault of my internet in a very remote location.

With Covid-19 I was unable to get to my customers to assist with their month end accounting needs. was a good cost effective solution, no only for now, but for future support needs.

Pros

Consistency: I'm able to get to the remote desktop every time with the same sequence. No surprises. It is fast and has the features I need to support my customers: remote printing, secure, quick.

Cons

It was painful to install. The go here, now go here, now go here, no get a dual authenticator, now log in, now log out....Phew - took over 1 hour :(

Pros

We use everyday single day to support our customers, its really easy to use and fast, I like that we can transfer files between computers fast and easy.

Cons

Sometimes we get a hard time trying to connect to the remote computer, but most of the time the issue is the computer.

Provides a secure, managed and fast tool for allowing staff to remotely connect to work machines from any computer.

Pros

We like the management capabilities, the speed of the product and ease of use. Most of all we like that it performs smoothly with live rendering and video where other remote connection tools are jumpy or laggy.

Cons

The multi-monitor functions are clunky. Please develop the ability to break out the two monitors into separate windows so each remote window can be put on a separate monitor on the side you're connecting from. Many staff members at our company are requesting this.

With the current shutdown, help my staff and I convert to working from home without any issues and very little down time. We were able to stay productive and kept revenue coming in.

Pros

worked virtually flawlessly. It was easy to learn to use and implement.

Cons

I can not think of a con with the use of this product. No complaints at all

With Covid-19 going on I can now work at home and have contact not only with my clients but with my server at the office. It has made this hard time easier to handle and keep working.

Pros

The ease of set up and access. I have used Log Me In for a few years and just learned of this product. I am more than satisfied of its ease of use and would happily suggest it to my clients.

Cons

It runs a little slow my that can be expected when dealing with WiFi.

Pros

This software is soooo easy to use. Believe me, if I can use it... you can too. It has been incredibly useful for my business

Makes my job easier to get reports from our satellite clinic, I no longer have to wait for someone there to have time, or make the drive to the other clinic.

Cons

Was difficult to set up a second user. I did figure it out, but it was confusing

Assisting users with the installation of apps and programs on their new Windows 10 PC's.

Pros

The software is easy to set up, for both the Admin and the User. Takes about five minutes and you're done. Once the connection is made, you'll have no problem making changes and assisting the User.

Cons

So far, there is nothing I don't like about the software. Would be nice if my plan was able to add on more computer.

Pros

I found it very easy to use and it is simple to work around. I usually use it off of my mobile device and have used it to work from home on my laptop. Both times the worked seamlessly. The remote wake function is what really sold us because we aren't always on the host computer. Other programs didn't offer that or if they did they were way over priced. is definitly worth the price you pay.

Cons

I haven't found any issues with program yet.
