Pros: Provides a dashboard (Business App) that shows all computers. Easy to rename, access, and gives options for reboots remotely. Good picture quality depending on ISP speeds. Allows file transfers both ways, shows dual monitors.

Cons: It can get expensive but is much cheaper than LogMeIn.

Overall: Have not needed to use support, software is easy to implement.

Pros: I can get to any of our work computers from anywhere! Remote work has never been so easy!

Cons: Sometimes, depending on connection, the remote session is dropped.

Pros: Great for providing support to clients when you need to see what is happening on their computers. Great Value

Cons: Can have some troubles moving files between computers etc.

Overall: Tech support team uses daily to provide support to clients. It is easy for our clients to set up and get help quickly. Great value compared to the much more expensive options.
