Luckily I found Winio and everything is work for us, a clear UI with a very intuitive factor that has exceeded my expectations. Cons I love the ability to create documents right inside projects, this feature helps us a lot to keep every bit of information in one place but some rich features are missing, e.g. insert images or create tables. The adoption is really quick and the UI is really simple to understand. Pros I've been impressed with the progress of the app, the team is highly responsive and open to implementing new ideas. All my work is managed here, from the launch of new product, management of social media campaign, etc. I find especially useful the ability to work and collaborate with people outside my company. In fact, some of ours suppliers start using Winio after starting to collaborate with my team in Winio. Love it. Cons Not have any con that let me think to start looking another tool. Already let the team know that the ability to sort project could be a positive impact on overall user experience. Don't have a minimum number of users to upgrade to the pro plan like the most of others tools what is perfect. Pros Winio was introduced to me by a client when working on a project. I found the ability and the simplicity to collaborate with other teams impressive. So, I decided to create an account to me and so far I'm very satisfied with the tool. Very responsive team eager to hear feedback and implement new ideas. All my personal and freelance work are managed here. Cons Time tracker is a must for me. The team is very transparent and I know by the customer support and by their public roadmap the time tracker is on the way.
