No bad experiences, they do a really good job. At times we've wished it could do more so that we could consolidate and move away from using other software, it's done exactly what they advertise and then some. Pros Fairly easy to install and implement, and few issues afterwards. Cons There are some sorting features we wish it offered for both its search and its smart category content. Also, we have had some trouble getting its smart category functionality working with our 3rd party improved sorting module but their support is currently working with us on that. Pros The many ways we can optimize search to help convert our shoppers who have the highest intent to buy. We see a massive lift in conversion rate for those who use klevu's seach on our site compared to those who don't. Cons Wish there were more options for using different banner ads throughout. Although, we have spoken with the team at Klevu and feel heard. Hopefully this is implemented in future versions. Pros Integration was easy to implement even though we have a Custom Shopping cart that was developed in house. The filtering and backend configuration is very easy to use. Cons Nothing that is missing from the software. We are limited with our shopping cart on how we can submit data.
