Pros: Ease of creating a lesson, all that data that is compiled, overall function, support staff is amazing!

Cons: There is no spell check when you are creating a lesson. Wish there was just an area to store lessons. Instead, they share the same category as the Groups.

Overall: The team learns and retains more information! They are excited to have another resource to use to obtain more information. It also allows members of management to check in on the status of employees and their learning role.
