Leaves me so frustrated and never helps me. Zoho implemented OneAuth that doesn't work so every month when I go to login & send invoices, I can't. I have to call and/or email customer support but nothing happens. I end up having to send out my invoices late. Makes me look very unprofessional. **Pros:** Free invoicing which is great since I'm a small business. It's also a little annoying to set up invoices for time - I work as a musician and often have to bill people for a "call" or for a few minutes, which is annoying. Maybe if the software could be expanded to make billing people for rented equipment easier too? It was also quite hard to add on bank details to the invoice.
