I can create invoices on the go and send them to my customers instantly. This is great when I'm pressed for time and need to send these documents off easily. I can also track who owes me money which is convenient when I have so many orders on a daily basis and cannot keep track of these things myself. Cons The app would be better if it had some of the features on the sirte. Even though there were setbacks it helped on a budget. However there are much better programs out there that are less maintenance and easier to use. Pros The free service makes it great for someone starting or learning how to use invoices with no overhead. Its easy to use and print reports for file keeping, and visually appealing to customers. Cons If you are looking for more advanced features like advanced payment processing or sending to more than 5 users. etc, you will want to use the pro version or most likely look somewhere else for the price you pay. None of them are close to the level of satisfaction I get with Zoho Invoicing, the best part is that it integrates with the whole suite of apps and is just perfect. Can't ask for more form this software Pros Invoicing is usually a tedious task, but somehow Zoho Invoice makes it super easy to create an invoice in less than a minute, there is nothing in there that I would miss. It was too expnesive for what it was and we just started doing invoices through Word or Excel. If you have the entire suite I could see why some businesses love and succeed with Zoho. Pros we used this software mostly to create intercompany and corporate invoices to vendors. I liked how you can set them up on a recurring basis, customize recipients and the look of the invoice and that you could access on your mobile device. Cons didn't integrate with our main accounting software so it was a lot of double entry. I also didn't like how every part of Zoho was a different section and product and price. The software is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for someone like me who isn't particularly tech-savvy. I love the fact that I can customize my invoices with my own branding and that it integrates seamlessly with my other business tools, like Square and PayPal. The security features are also top-notch, which gives me peace of mind when I'm dealing with sensitive financial information. I also like that the pricing is really affordable Cons It's not an accounting software. Just for invoices and must be used with CRM. I switched over from Xin Invoice for desktop (not sure if they ever made the switch to offering it online themselves). Zoho's clean and easy-to-use online portal makes the thankless (and often anxiety-raising) tasks of small business administration much, much easier to manage. Cons When using Zoho Invoice as a ledger, I'm finding it's not so easy to browse through much older invoice records when attempting to update their status and record payments as they were received. If you are viewing the records of a particular customer's account, you have to manually scroll through batches of transactions at a time and, if at any point, your browser closes or restarts, you too must begin again with the search to find where you last left off.
