Pros I love that I can create great looking invoices and include billable expenses (yes, it tracks expenses too). This software does way more than software that I paid for! All in every device. Pros This is exactly what I was searching for. An app to do quotes, invoices, inventory, costs. All link together, on the cloud, on every device I have. I use this on the go, in my iPad. I use this on my office with the browser app. All link together. Also you get to manage sales people. I can check who send the quote. My dashboard tells me of accounts that have not paid, and the projected sales for the month. Literally I cannot imagine my operations without it. Easy to set up! logo and also very easy to customize to spanish. Cons Probably the lack of customer support. Pros The simplicity and ease of setting up and maintaining invoices. Cons The free option is limited, but honestly its enough. Invoicing along with our services (subscription and otherwise) is essential, and we need a trustworthy tool. This is it. Pros It is a simple tool, able to be connected to subscriptions, CRM, and any other Zoho Suite doc. It keeps our customers informed concerning billing, keeping their contact and payment info up to date, and provides a simple and convenient way to adjust everything. I might even grow into the Zoho platform for the accounting. Pros It works flawlessly for 95% of the work. It keeps track of time and create invoices. It's much simpler then an excel spreadsheet and allow to document hours in case of audit. Cons Need to request more projects since the initial limit is often not enough but customer service will do it for free.
