" May 14, 2024 5.0 Pros Zoho invoice has client friendly templates which are understandable to anyone. You can design it according to your preference. It is also financially friendly for small businesses as it is free and excellent as an archive tool for your invoices. Cons As I have been using it for 3 months I am expecting to find out if I can create an unlimited number of customers. It is not clear in the products description regarding this feature. Moreover there are more Zoho websites in which I originally signed up but it did not include the product I needed. After only some research I found Zoho invoices.. Review Source TA Tahseem A. Pros I love that all of my customer information and unbilled projects are stored so that when I generate an invoice for a client, I can easily add any unbilled work with a single click. I also love how easily invoices can be cloned or set up as a recurring invoice, and processing invoices and receiving payment is seemless. The dashboard is very helpful to quickly see receivables and anything overdue at a glance. Cons I don't really have any cons to report. I've been using Zoho for free with no limitations for quite a while and have no complaints. I was very easily able to get all of my items set up, create invoices as needed and receive payments without much hassle. All if it's features are pretty easy to learn and overall much less cumbersome to use than other financial options. Pros Finding out about the auto invoicing was a godsend for those annual invoices. The program worked very smoothly and was great about reminders for me and my clients. The fact that it made it easy for my clients to pay was a plus. Cons I can't think of any downsides. I guess if anything I'd like if there were a lower-priced option for small companies that only do 10 or so transactions per month. As a sole proprietor, Zoho is all I need and simplifies the invoicing process for me. I conduct business in both the US and Canada, so the ability to send invoices in different languages is a life saver. Also really like how I can use different templates for different customers. Very happy overall and would recommend to any other sole proprietors! Pros The variety of invoice templates that Zoho gives you, different language options for the invoices, and tools to set up automatic and recurring invoices. Cons There weren't any negative features that stood out to me--simple to use and learn.
