Layout was easy to understand. Cons Creating new invoices was a slow process, I wish they would streamline and reduce the amount of items you have to go through. In Word you can do an invoice in a under a minute for example, in Zoho I found it tedious and overcomplicated compared to other software packages. Not a particularly steep learning curve (but there is a lot to explore and acquaint yourself with) Good built-in customer communication like feedback, reminders, messages in invoice process. Good payment options. Cons I have had issues with Google Authenticator when trying to use that as an added layer of security. Cons I feel the customization of the invoice could be a little more user friendly for instance not being able to add or update the address in the top left corner I believe you have to update it in a completely different area and it was hard to figure out exactly what and where those edits could be made.
