You can also provide access to your customers to see the transactions made with your company. It's everything you'd want in an Invoicing/accounting system, without all of the steep learning curves that come with Quickbooks!!! Pros I love being able to create Estimates and then turn them into Invoices. I also love the layout and design. It works perfectly and is easily customizable. Cons You can't organize the columns by Status! There does not seem to be a way to access the emails that were sent to customers along with their Estimates and Invoices (but maybe I just can't figure out how to find them?! But I was not completely satisfied with provided options, was look one after another software which could satisfy my needs, and I found and keep using Zoho. I'ts very friendly for beginners - free service. Best software in my experience, recommend to use it. Pros easy to use and overview all the information. Cons The only thing i didn't liked was the process to integrate zoho invoice system it was too complicated at first but later on with help from customer support was able to sort it out. Pros Simple, fast, works on every smartphone and type of computer. Paypal payments, integration with the web site for customer portal. Cons can't change the name of something after they are invoiced, for example, if the project was called "IT Consulting" and is now tied to one customer, it is hard to find later in a list of all projects. It is a no frills product and getting the job done is rather easy with clear labelling and easy input for recording clients and contacts. Cons The problem lies in the followup system, it does allow you to send pre-determined and pre-made followups, however this can seem mechanical and it is not possible to customised any followup to any great degree. This is available free of cost until you decide to subscribe to it. You can create customized invoices with your logo without any problem. It saves a lot of time for repetitive invoicing. Pros It is a great invoicing tool for small and medium businesses to cover almost 85% of billing and invoicing needs. There is always a free version available until you decide to subscribe to it. Cons It is hard to say that there is any problem using this for now. Will take some time to be an expert with this.
