Pros Easy to add items, expenses and best of all, time entries, from desktop AND mobile devices. Emailing PDF invoices is also very easy, as is the overall experience of both platforms. Cons I wish i had a bit more control when it comes to displaying certain information on my invoices. I like how simple it was and how it was targeted to small business. I really liked their customer portal to send invoices to clients and have them review their accounts. Cons I wish Zoho would offer a little more flexibility with their free tiered account, I don't have high enough volume for their next paid feature set but their free version was limiting. I wish it had been more "optional" in the set up process. In other words, 'I have found no cons to Zoho invoice. I just commented on the feature that I liked the least.'
