Cons You are limited to the number of contacts/customers you can create in the free version. I believe it is up to 5. But then again if you are using more than 5 then you should buy the software. Easy to keep up with. Pros This software makes it super easy to invoice my clients. Its easy to keep up with everything also. Cons If I had to pick one thing it would be going between companies. Pros I really enjoy the way everything works so easily and can be personalized so well. I also like the price point as I was paying much more before for much less and then the company left me in the dark after I had overpaid for features I believed would work long term. (cough cough invoiceable sucks) Cons I really love the service offerred, but I wish they had more instructional videos or tutorials available. I have no bookkeeping or accounting experience and this is my first time invoicing someone for my work. Zoho made it very easy to do and is great to keep my invoicing and payments organised without having to spend money I don't have as small business on assistance in this regard. Pros This was super easy to use. I set it up for the team. Loved that the free version offered so much, including invoice templates and would even send reminders for unpaid invoices. Cons The system worked absolutely fine for our small business needs and I cannot think of anything that needs improving. Pros The thing I love the most about this software is just how easy it is to use. I have had no issue teaching myself as I go to use this. Cons I have not found anything. I don’t like about this software. Reason for choosing Zoho Invoice The overall ease of use. I tried a couple others and they were just over complicated for what I was needing. Product is very easy to use and has some helpful integrations. Cons Little tedious setting up company and services but once that has been handled, you can send out an invoice in a minute or two.
