Zoho invoice is a very rich application and it covers almost all our needs. We're just missing the functionality to invoice on a daily basis. The application is based on hourly invoicing. But we used a workaround! November 26, 2018 5.0 Pros The most attractive aspect here to any startup will be the price tag - free! (for 25 clients). As your business grows, you can add a paid subscription incrementally to suite your needs. The web portal is clean and easy to use. The mobile app is limited but handy. Cons There is not much to dislike about Zoho. The invoice templates are a bit clunky, and do not allow you to adjust how large the logo appears. This can be solved by creating and uploading your own template, as I am sure most will do anyway. Pros Automation workflow it's just simply great to save time. All the connections with the CRM works perfectly and makes you to save lots of time. Cons Price, for me is the big issue, if you need this software with some of the features you need to pay a lot extra money added to your CRM. Would have expected that it was part of a suite of products that it would have been plug and play!
