I also like the convenience of sending payment links. This allows customers to make payments without creating an account. Cons So far, Zoho has been great for my business. Pros Invoices are customisable to your own brand, very professional looking. Was easy and simple to set up recurring invoices with multiple online payment methods to enable clients different ways to pay. Easy to search for previous invoices and option to record expenses too. Cons Support is a little slow to respond which would be my only criticism of this invoicing tool. I personally found support to be very helpful but they can take 2-3 days to initially respond.
