Pros I like that it's easy to create the invoices and I can customize the fields. But the most important reason I like it is because it's free. Cons Maybe one feature that I want from the Zoho invoice is an automatic resending of invoice when the client hasn't paid yet. Like you can schedule a date when an invoice can be automatically resent to a client. Not sure if there's a feature like that already, but I haven't found it yet. Review Source JS Jinal S. Without them, it would have been quite challenging to send estimates to customers. Their software is very easy to use. They have several email automation features that allow you to create workflows etc. so you can automatically follow up with prospects. Great product for growing businesses. I still create Microsoft Word-based invoices manually for any additional clients. Pros I am a small business owner with only a handful of clients and having a small list of clients with all the billing and tax information all easily figured into my invoices is handy to have for recurring items. Cons I did not like the divide between the free version of the software and the paid version, as you are allowed to have 5 clients for free and then additional clients jump you to the (what I think is) a price that is too high for a small business. We mainly use it for generating and sending invoices, but it can also be used to track time. Pros This is a great piece of software that makes invoicing so much easier. We feel that the pricing is great and it is so easy to set up through Google Suite. The IOS app makes it easy to work on the go. We genuinely love Zoho Invoice. Other solutions offer free or premium invoice solutions, but they just feel cheaply made or don't have the same security in place. Cons No complaints here at the moment. In the beginning, we were pushed off with their premium packages and rates, but now they have everything perfectly in place that allows for free accounts, to scaling up to any business size. Cons It was hard to navigate to the set up my taxes for "customers to pay tax" There are SEVERAL sections to click on for settings. Took me about 30 minutes to finally find out how to set up taxes. Pros Zoho Invoice is one of those products where you recognize that the developers really thought of all the features an end-user would need and built them into an intuitive interface. Every time I've desired a functionality, I've found it in Zoho Invoice's settings. Because the software's features are extensive and intuitive, the platform is a pleasure to use. Cons I do not have any major concerns with the Zoho Invoice platform. A desire I do have is for greater customization of invoices and estimates. I hope to see a larger library of document themes in future iterations of the platform.
