Pros Zoho Books is very easy to use and don't require deep knowledge of accounting. it suits your small business as you want with online bills, tax calculation and payments. zoho always provide updates to keep it more smoothly. Cons The UI looks nice and is okay overall, but the layout could be changed for an easier user experience. After comparing various accounting solutions I decided to go with ZOHO Books. One of the key feature was the ability to automate the Account reconciliation through a feed from my financial institution. To make sure it was available to me before I start investing time and energy I checked on the site to make sure my bank was part of the financial institutions list that can integrate into Zoho books. I even called Customer support and both sources confirmed me that I was ok After having done 2 days worth of work to get ready for the switch I couldn't set-up the bridge with my banks, After a few calls, tickets and emails, I was told that my bank wasn't supported and was given no timeline when this would be made available. Apart from a few tax regulations that cannot be set up in the software, everything else works great for us. We absolutely LOVE the dashboard and visual representation of where our organization is on a monthly basis. We also love the reports section of the software. Pros As an accounting professional, I do recommend this application to business and individuals who have some basic knowledge of accounting. It's easy to use and provides huge amount of options to manage your accounting process effectively. Cons Sometimes I faced with errors while creating vouchers however, it can be related to my device. Love it !! Pros I am using Zoho Books for only 2 months and REALLY like it. It's easy to use (I am not so good with invoicing softwares), you can use automation for recurring invoices, email templates, partial payments, many payments methods like Square, Paypal, Stripe and other, clients management, business expenses, etc. I love it !!! I did free trials with a few accounting software options and ended up with ZOHO due to the affordable price it has. Now it does not have all the bells and whistles as QB but I expected that and told myself that I can get used to that. I switched everything over and after only having the software for 1 Month I completely regret it for 1 main reason. ALL of my Invoices, BIDS!!!, payment reminders, everything that is emailed goes to SPAM. I could deal with all the little stuff like recommendations take years to fulfill! not being able to mark up an expense, or time multiple projects which honestly not really getting used to it. But I am loosing out on work and not getting paid is really frustrating, ZOHO will not fix the problem because there are multiple people that have had this issue dating way back and is still a problem TODAY. And they make you go through crazy hoops to get mail to where its supposed to be. It is probably a great product in India but not in the U.S. Do your research and take it from me, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Pros For the price, you do get a good amount of options. I love their report facility which allows me to categorize my Timesheet from a different angle. Cons 1\] You could have a feature which allows a user to fill a Task which is the same for multiple days. 2\] After cloning a task it is inserted but not seen on current UI.
