Suits casual user or startups. If your business is bigger, look elsewhere. Cons Where do I start? I thought my previous invoicing software was bad, at least it worked. Zoho Books gave the impression that everything was integrated into a one-stop service. It is not the case. There is sort of double entry work importing Zoho Expenses into Zoho Books. Paypal integration stopped suddenly and resolved after a call to customer support. UI can be improved, especially notifications. 500 contacts under the medium plan & I can't delete old contacts I've reached the limit. So now, I can't add new customers or vendors. Before I discovered Zoho, I used paper quotations and invoices. I only had my quotes in my head. I was the only one who knew what to charge and how much to charge. A friend introduced me to the Zoho and I finally enjoy the freedom it offers. I rarely do the quotations myself, converting quotes to invoices and invoices to receipts is just amazing. I am able to create quotations from my phone as I move around when away from the office. Our accountant also is able to view our transactions and advice us. We have even reduced the charges he pays us as most of the information is done by zoho. But so is every other accounting software. The best part is that Zoho has so many other ones that work along with Books Pros I love that Zoho has so many apps that go along with each other. And you can integrate other apps within it. If there is not an app that is compatible, you can have it built for you. Cons Zoho is great tool for accounting but when it comes to customization the support is narrowed. It's very budget friendly. The plus is the integration with other Zoho apps. Cons Books previously offered an import service when migrating from Quickbooks. That is no longer the case. It was a nightmare migrating a client from Quickbooks (I will never do that again). The number of auto receipt scans in the packages can be improved as well as customer service. We needed a solution that gave us a better overview of our accounting and billing. The updates and new features from Zoho Books seem like the roll out on a daily basis, always adding value and ease of use. Customer support is on point, clear communication and always on hand to make sure you are using their product correctly. We have now integrated with Zoho CRM and Projects for a full 360 of our agency processes and needs. Pros Simple, clean and clear UI. Nothing has come close. Onboarding our accountants was simple. Customer service is also very helpful. Price is not expensive, I think it deserves to try. Design is perfect and simplicity is the best part of it. Cons Working slow sometimes, scrolling and search bugs. Zoho Books has not any big problems or errors, We didn't notice any negative affect and we never felt disappointment about it. Being able to pull reports we would never have been able to create ourselves before. Cons The constant updates which cause me to lose work I was busy with.
