Leider komplett unbenutzbar, ich weiß nicht, was im Einkauf für die Software ausgegeben wurde, aber die immensen Mehraufwände für die Bedienung seitens der Mitarbeiter wurde mit Sicherheit nicht einberechnet.

Pros

Leider gar nichts. Immerhin werden Daten korrekt erfasst, was fast mehr ist, als man erwarten würde, wenn man den Rest der Software kennt.

Cons

Die Usability ist absolut unterirdisch. Bei uns wird das System für die Zeiterfassung eingesetzt. Hier benötigen selbst versierte Mitarbeiter aus der IT erst einmal eine Kurzschulung, um überhaupt Zeiten eintragen zu können. Anstatt gängiger Interaktionskonzepte wird sinnbefreites Drag&Drop in versteckten Menüs genutzt um weitere Menüs zu öffnen. Das ganze soll dann innovativ sein, ist aber nur massiv überladenes JS was zu langen Ladezeiten führt.

Insgesamt finde ich das Programm super übersichtlich und einfach zu verstehen. Es nutzt Icons, die selbsterklärend sind. Auch das Design finde ich modern und ansprechend. Ohne große Worte findet man sich schnell zurecht. P&I LogaAll-in jann ich definitiv empfehlen.

Pros

Es gefällt mir, dass ich direkt nach dem Einloggen schnell die Zeit abstempeln kann. Zudem gibt es einen kurzen Überblick über die Stunden und Urlaubstage. Möchte man nehr Details, isg das ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Gehaltsabrechnung und Zeitstempel sind in einem extra Ordner einzusehen.

Cons

Es kommt zwar selten vor, aber das Programm stürzt mitten drin ab bzw. der Server ist nicht zu erreichen. Glücklicherweise kann man den Zeitstempel nachholen.

Das einzige ist dass über einen Webbrowser das ganze bedient werden kann ansonsten nichts.

Cons

Fast alles, Normale Arbeitszeiten, Dienstgänge, Pausen, Homeoffice, Reisezeiten zu kombinieren ist fast unmöglich. Auch weiß der Prüfende oft nicht was er abnickt. Wenn als Prüfer ein Fehler festgestellt wird muss er sein Mailprogramm bemühen. Ein Support für den Benutzer wird nicht geboten....außerdem ist es total umständlich.....

Keine - ist nicht zu empfehlen

Gar nichts - alles unnötig aufgebläht - Ein Programm bei dem man zum Klickweltmeister wird

Cons

Umständlich - Will man Gehaltsabrechnungen von einem Jahr herunterladen, werden diese gezppt, Man muss diese entpacken und erhält dann für jeden Monat einen Ordner. Was ist das für ein Schwachsinn. Macht doch 01\_blal, 02\_jj usw. das ist dann übersichtlich. Hierbei hat sich niemand was überlegt.

Kompliziertes Programm direkt im Internet. Schulung Online, schlechte und undeutliche Erklärungen. Daten sind sehr verstreut einzugeben. Wenig Struktur
