Before, we have to use several tools for each network devices and it took too much of our resources and adding more manual and repetitive tasks. The system detect error and problem instantly and sent alert to system administrator before the problem become too big to be handled. Cons Setup and configuration of Incinga with our network environment is complex and time consuming. I don't think we are able to deploy it without the lending hand from Incinga's customer support team. Icinga reporting tools allow us to create detailed yet easy to read reports about the status of our infrastructure. It is equipped with automations which help speed up the routine monitoring tasks like data collection.
