Getting that information out of the tool is difficult though. Pros I liked the level of detail that this would collect. In the hands of the right person that decipher some of this information, this can provide a lot of value. Cons Reporting on the findings and exporting the details was cumbersome to say the least. It was very difficult to export the data. This was crucial for us. We want to be able to take some of this information and quickly analzye it and compare it to other data sets.
