Pros: Very good overall monitoring solution for any kind of SNMP-able network device. Fast and simple to setup and get going. The user interface is easy to understand and presents just the right amount of information without getting messy.

Cons: Not yet very good support for custom graphs and polling of devices that is not supported out of the box.

Overall: Gave me a very good overview of my network and my devices

Pros: versatility is the strongest feat of this software. It can do a lot, with a lot of equipment, and does it good.

Cons: Scalability. The solution is scalable, up to a point. Right now, with 75000+ ports and 1200+ devices, the hardware is barely managing it's 5 minutes poll cycles.
