Pros

Ohana is an easy program to use with short learning curves. The office was able to get up to speed in a minimal amount of time.

Cons

There was very little that I didn't care for. Its usage is straightforward and is an efficient and effective communication tool within the office

The ease of use is something I really like. It is as easy as using instagram and facebook. I would call it the funnier version of Linked In

Keeping up with updates throughout the company and outer offices. Seeing the HI 5's, and why people have gotten them.

Pros

I like seeing all the updates from the outside offices that I normally wouldn't get to see. It's nice to see faces!

Cons

it's another social media app, I don't really use it that often. I kinda forget that it's there, and need to look at it.

Pros

Easy app I was able to install on my phone! I am able to keep in touch with all my coworkers! Easy to use!

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything bad I would say about Ohana! I love using it and it is fun and easy to use!!

The app is super easy to use. Commenting, liking, posting are all simple & effective ways to keep our team in touch.

Cons

I wish we could share videos, even live videos, or video calls would be amazing to allow us to work together through the app a little more!

Pros

It's great has what is needed to be a valuable and effective tool. It is easy to use, offers surveys, opinions, daily posts. A great communication tool for a company that has a lot of offsite employees.

Cons

Nothing. I really like it. There is nothing that I least like about this software. I am very happy with it and I am glad our company uses it especially when it comes to communicating things.

I am able to stay up to date wit CoWorkers that I don't see on a daily basis. I can also share the awesome things I am doing on-site & get ideas from others.

Pros

Very user friendly. Not too many notifications. I like that you can categorize your post as high five, ideas, surveys or contests.

Cons

There are a lot of fun fact questions when you set up your profile. Would be better if you could upload more than 1 photo at a time.

Pros

Interactive it is fun to see what others around the company are doing. It makes being so far apart easier.

Cons

To be honest I don't really see any cons. It would be no cue to be able to save and forward photos.

Overall it's a good product that can be used by companies

Pros

Makes communication easier when people are not next to each other by reducing that gap and creating a team like atmosphere

Cons

Not a lot of cons but I would like to point out that it gets extremely hard to see photos or comments sometimes

Pros

The ease of use and it is enjoyable. Healthy living ideas from corporate and the Wellness coaches, and other employees Seeing holidays on there such as birthdays and anniversaries. Staying up to date on what is going on at the company. I take a look at it several times a week and it helps me stay up to date on activities going on throughout the company. I work as needed as a nurse practitioner and it helps me keep up to date within the company. I enjoy it as an additional tool for the company.

Pros

The simplicity of the display screen. Easy to navigate around on the app. The ability to see every single individual who works for the company all within one group makes interaction easier

Cons

The home page can take a while to load on the app. The inability to link ohana to larger social media platforms makes the app seem time consuming. I also find it strange that one can see how many times their profile has been viewed.

Collaboration!

Pros

I love how my coworkers- both onsite and offsite, can stay in touch, share great tips, client success stories and more!

Cons

Maybe it is user error, but I cannot copy and paste links as easy as I thought I would be able to. It would be nice to be able to link the app to my internet browser for sharing posts. I think a desktop login version would be helpful as well!

Pros

This product is an easy way to connect with company employees at multiple locations and see whats happening company wide with more than 100 employees at 8 locations

Cons

this product is just one more social media site to have to manage can become a distraction and potentially create interruptions in productivity

Pros

It connects me and my coworkers together And lets us share information together And information. Also allows us to create events.

Notifications get stuck And you can't clear them without resetting the app Or be restarting your phone.

I like how easy it is to use. It seems like the whole company is highly interested in it as well. Great tool.

Cons

Sometimes freezes and needs to be reset or the installed. I don't like having to keep re-installing it.
