Ein zentrales Tool für alle täglich anfallenden Tätigkeiten. Von Suport Ticket über Lead Management bis zur Rechnung und E-Mail ist alles enthalten. Völliger Ersatz von O365 durch TecArt.

Pros

Die umfangreichen Funktionen sowie die sehr ausführliche Hilfe bzw. Dokumentation der Software und derer Funktionen. Somit war es möglich in kürzester Zeit die Software lauffähig zu implementieren und die wichtigsten Grundfunktionen nutzen zu können. Die Bereitstellung der Software lief sehr schnell und problemlos ab.

Cons

Die Verteilung von Aufgaben und das Nachhalten des Bearbeitungsstandes könnte einfache gelöst werden. Nach einer kurzen Einarbeitung ist dies jedoch auch mit der bestehenden Implementierung möglich.

Es lassen sich alle Geschäftsprozesse gut abbilden. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden, allerdings war die Angebotserstellung beim System, das wir zuvor genutzt haben, deutlich besser.

Pros

Die Email-Integration ist sehr gut, da die Emails auch bestimmten Projekten zugeordnet werden. Die automatische Zuordnung der Emails zu Kontakten ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons

Man kann sehr viele Fenster öffnen, was den Umgang etwas unübersichtlich macht. Das erstellen von Angeboten / Aufträgen ist nicht intuitiv.
