Anliegen werden vom Support nicht ernst genommen (Beispiel nach Update verschwinden Hinweistexte zu Feldern in der Kundenmaske, Texte sind in der Deklaration der Felder noch vorhanden. Wurde mitgeteilt keiner kümmert sich darum). Pros Einfaches schreiben von Angeboten, ABs, und Rechnungen sowie das kopieren von Jahresrechnungen. Soweit so gut. In der Praxis konnten mit weclapp jedoch kaum Probleme nachhaltig gelöst werden. Statt Prozesse zu vereinfachen, entstehen regelmäßig neue Schwierigkeiten durch Systemausfälle, Performanceprobleme oder eingeschränkte Verfügbarkeit. Gerade in kritischen Arbeitssituationen ist das System häufig nicht nutzbar. Dadurch werden Abläufe eher verkompliziert als verbessert. Die Software erfüllt somit nicht den Zweck, den ein CRM eigentlich haben sollte: Stabilität, Verlässlichkeit und echte Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft. Pros In Anbetracht der gravierenden Nachteile leider nichts mehr. Rückblickend fällt es schwer, überhaupt noch positive Aspekte zu benennen, da selbst grundlegende Erwartungen an eine Unternehmenssoftware nicht erfüllt werden. Eine Software, die regelmäßig nicht erreichbar ist oder Login-Probleme verursacht, kann keinen echten Mehrwert bieten – unabhängig davon, welche Funktionen sie theoretisch verspricht. Anfangs vorhandene Hoffnung auf Verbesserung oder Stabilität hat sich über die Jahre vollständig zerschlagen. Nach mehreren Jahren Nutzung überwiegt ausschließlich Frust, Enttäuschung und der Eindruck, für ein unausgereiftes Produkt viel zu viel Geld zu bezahlen. Cons Ständig wiederkehrende Softwareausfälle ziehen sich wie ein roter Faden durch unsere gesamte Nutzung von weclapp. Immer wieder kommt es zu massiven Problemen, die den Arbeitsalltag komplett lahmlegen – teilweise ist nicht einmal ein Login möglich. Mitarbeiter können nicht arbeiten, Prozesse stehen still und wertvolle Zeit geht verloren. Besonders ärgerlich sind die enormen Preiserhöhungen der letzten Jahre, die in keinem Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung stehen. E si possono avere più layout per la stessa funzione (es. conferma ordine con totali, conferma ordine senza totali, conferma ordine con campi data...etc!! Aus meiner Sicht die optimale Lösung für kleinste (One-(Wo-)Man-Shows) und kleine Unternehmen. Weclapp ist sehr gut auf die jeweiligen Anforderungen und Abläufe anpassbar. Pros Es ist ein vollständiges ERP-System: Vom Marketing, Angebotserstellung, Auftragsabwicklung, Rechnungsabwicklung, Online-Banking, Reporting alles unter einer Oberfläche. Outlook, Word und Excel werden größtenteils ersetzt. Cons Manchmal sind Rücksprünge zur vorherigen Ansichten nur über das Menü möglich. Besser wäre, dass neue Ansichten grundsätzlich nicht zu neuen Tabs führen. Ich bin da im Kontakt mit dem Support. Pros Weclapp ermöglicht auch Anwendern mit sehr wenig ERP-Erfahrung einen schnellen Einstieg und funktioniert auf Anhieb. Cons Ehrlich gesagt gibt es bei weclapp für mich derzeit keine nennenswerten Nachteile – bislang gefällt mir wirklich alles.
