Easy for client to install the host side. Seems to handle multiple screens and various screen sizes pretty well. Sometimes a connection to a specific machine might be a little glitchy, but that's to be expected when you are trying to match operating systems, screens, screen sizes, etc. For example, I have one client where for some reason some of the colors on his screen don't appear on mine! Maybe it is the Theme he is using or something like that, but I've never seen this with any other client (and no issue with same client on a prior machine). Pros As the "viewer"/remote, I can get complete access to a Host machine, which is important as I do software support. It supports multiple screens (I can independently see each screen or all at once), and I can upload/download files as needed. Depending on their situation, the client can have the host always on (convenient for me to make late-night updates), or use the Agent so they are only on-line on-demand (a little safer perhaps). Cons Well, there is a free version which just limits (to 10) how many stored host connections you can have (no loss of functionality). I use a paid version so I can get up to 20 connections. I'd like a few more connections, but the cost of moving-up to next level isn't worth it. I downloaded all of them, and they all warned, that their program does not support the OS I am still using. I desktops with Windows 11, but need to maintain files and programs using the Microsoft Vista OS. ONLY Remote Utilities has supported users like me. Cons I believe the purchase price is a high for the nature of the program, but, since I need the features, I paid the price.
