I am a Senior Pastor and my days are consumed with counselling and committee meetings. This is a simple tool to cut out the endless email tag of finding a time. It serves to make my calendar known and available to the congregation while maintaining a "private" prayer time with excellent benefit for peace of mind.

Pros

Automated timezone identification is a godsend when scheduling virtual counseling visits with missionaries or traveling members as we avoid the awkwardness.

Cons

Styling options for booking page are very limited. It can have issues with accidental double booking if the calendar suddenly loads or syncs later than intended.

Pros

What I enjoy with YouCanBook.me is letting carriers and customers grab open time slots themselves, so I cut down on phone tag and keep my small booking calendar under control.

Cons

I struggle a bit when payment links or calendar syncs misbehave; fixing those quirks mid-day takes focus away from watching loads and looking after nervous first-time shippers.

### "Effective Booking Tool from a Recruiter"

Very positive. I used this product nearly weekly when I was recruiting full-time. The only issues I had with it were candidates using outdated phones were being locked into odd time-zones and them showing up at varied times. Otherwise, this product is easy to use, well made, and made booking interviews very simple.

Pros

I liked that it was simple to use and to customize. I liked that it was integrated with my calendars and had a solid browser extension. I also really enjoyed the updates and industry education provided on interviewing and recruiting.

Cons

The price. The only reason we moved away from this service was it's ongoing pricing model. We had to downgrade to Microsoft Bookings.

It gets the job done, it doesn’t seem like there’s a place or a way to ask questions or convey a message regarding time slots or availability. Some people might not want that though, as a standard booking platform, it works well.

Pros

It is pretty straightforward to book items through this, I like how it doesn’t appear like a separate app and really seem less through the webpage so it doesn’t seem like a separate product.

Cons

Doesn’t feel like there’s a whole lot of customization, so people who are desiring something extra or really specific might have an issue.

Zoom Integration is easy. But if time zones change then it doesn't keep track with Zoom.

Cons

Support. I started working with a chat bot and received very basic answers. When I was turned over to a specialist it took two hours before a response. The response was not helpful. People need to help people.

Not intuitive setup, requires a lot of self service to figure out how to make things work and user guides are helpful IF you know which one to use. Availability of one to one support is non existent.

Pros

Adequate amount of automatic/customized notification of appointments and cancellation/reschedule functions.

Cons

Would like to have more customization for notifications/reminders based upon appointment type. Currently none and have to create separate booking pages for unique notifications.

For years I've been requesting the option to show a calendar-view and hide all booked slots. Instead of that, we get a list of open slots. This isn't a con per se. It isn't exactly what I wanted either but close enough.

It's been much more productive since I began paying for the basic service. I am a small business, and the minimal add-ons suit me well.

Pros

Easy use of a link to connect to my calendar. No phone tag or email threads to figure out a convenient time/date to meet. I can set up four different types of appointments for different durations to meet the needs of the various work I do.

Cons

Clients that don't use the same calendar that I do (google) often have difficulty finding the invitation.

10/10 would recommend this. The benefits: you can utilize the free version for student bookings and still have a variety of features to choose from to customize their experience during bookings; you can control your calendar or sync it up to your work calendar so your available times already populate. It works so, so well with Google Calendar. We have had hundreds upon hundreds of bookings over the years in advising per advisor and we have never run into any issues or outages. I cannot speak enough about how knowledgeable their customer service staff are, either, they are just absolute gems.

Pros

Don't even read this review- just test this out, it's AMAZING! I cannot speak highly enough about this product. I am part of the team which selected this as our booking tool to use, and we have utilized both the free and paid products. I need to say this up front: this company has hands down the BEST customer service team. I have never in my life experienced such great customer service from a booking site. The speed of replies in amazing- service is awesome. Our team utilizes this for students to book appointments with their academic advisors for academic plans, form signing, general inquiries, etc,. The ability to customise your booking features in insane to me. You can select available times, dates, booking length of time, and customize what your customer base sees when they search through your available dates calendar area for times, and once they book there are a variety of options to choose from. We have data that we do need for tracking as far as student ID numbers, appointment type, etc, and YouCanBook me lets us track that with ease, when previously we would have to go through digital calendars and HAND COUNT and track this data. This has saved us so much time and is such a wonderful and easy tool for our students to use too. One of the best features we have gotten feedback on is the appointment reminder via e-mail or text message. For students who use technology daily this is something they appreciate as it's a quick notification for them during their busy days.

Cons

Nothing, the paid and free versions each have so many cool things to use! You can also request to test out feature of the paid version. Like I stated before, their customer service team is just so fantastic so anything you might run into they can assist with. Truly, this is a wonderful program that I will be using for years to come, it's just so easy to use and so great for bookings.

### "Good UX and Functionality from a Gradually Improving Company"

Overall, it's a product that I am happy with. My clients are also happy with it. It was simple to start and I'm willing to chalk up my sole hiccup in that area to a growing company with a new product. Support has been great, and I would like to see the improvements continue. It's a great UI with a nice dashboard and admin experience, but in the future I'd appreciate a focus on hiding some of the "back end" style features in the booking customization section.

Pros

The simplicity and elegance of administering it is my favorite part about the software. Setting up a form was a breeze, and managing the calendar and appointment system was very self-explanatory. No articles needed. Linking it to my other calendars was comparable to competing products. It also seems to offer a good user experience for my clients, from what they have told me. Regarding the company, customer support is very responsive, helpful, and they appear to be improving the software over time. I also appreciate that they have a robust free trial as it gave me a good understanding of what the product offered and to make sure I enjoyed the company's approach to improvement and support.

Cons

Features wise, I feel like the booking process and customization of it could be a little more flexible. It was easy to set up, sure, but we are in an interesting time where customers and leads might be coming from all sorts of different places with lots of different contact preferences and I'd love to see it reflect that more. Also, it may sound minor, but the fields are given abbreviations in {BRACKETS} and such, whereas a product like Typeform just obscures that more "back end" style stuff. I didn't feel like this choice was particularly helpful in this case. Lastly, once everything is running it's great, but when I initially set up my calendars there were a few things that would show up wrong or get de-synchronized (edits on my dashboard don't show properly on the calendar). Support was very quick to help fix this and get it working again, but I thought I'd mention it as the possible caveat to the rest of the onboarding process being so easy.

I would recommend this app. I have looked at some of the others and each has its own little niche they are strong in. This software is strong on appointment setting and calendar management. It sends email reminders and confirmations to make sure everyone will be on time and has saved me more money than it cost.

Pros

I like how much time this app saved me in man hours. It helped us to manage our crews by preventing overbookings and this leveled us off so we were not in a hurry up and wait mode all the time. It also allows out regular accounts to set up their own appointments without having to call in.

Cons

Zoom doesn't integrate as well as you would like. If you need to talk to a group of people in different locations you really have to just sign into Zoom. That gets a little confusing. The cost can be high if you are not careful. Every calendar that is added is another fee.

For a solopreneur seeing clients 1:1, it is nearly perfect.

Pros

It was so easy to integrate with my existing google business calendar. I also like that I can integrate my Zoom account, so I don't have to worry about setting up meetings. I also like the way it sends out reminders to confirm the appointments so I don't have to.

Cons

I wish the zoom integration was deeper - the zoom link shows up in the "location" section of the calendar reminder, which is fine. I just would like to see it on my zoom list of upcoming meetings so that I can open the meeting from zoom rather than from the calendar - this way, if I needed to add additional attendees, the meeting wouldn't be limited to 40 minutes. It's a bit confusing for setting up different types of meetings. When I set up completely different categories, it doesn't give me as many options as in the main/initial section.

Selbst in der kostenlosen Variante hat man schon alles was man braucht, aber im Bezahltarif ist wirklich alles drin! Vor allem das man unterschiedliche Kalender für unterschiedliche Kunden oder Projekte nutzen kann ist super. Und bei den einzelnen Kalendern kann man dann noch eigene Terminarten erstellen. Es funktioniert einfach alles perfekt.

Die aktuelle Preiserhöhung. Manche Funktionen muss man etwas suchen...

Without fail, they have been exceptionally helpful and been able to promptly solve our issues. They will usually get back to you within 12 hours and be willing to do a Zoom sync within the next 24-36 hours, calendar permitting.

\- The ability to link multiple calendars and appointment types to a single URL; - The ability to customise each booking page with pictures and text in line with the look and feel of our brand; - The customer support has been truly excellent when we've needed it; - Extensive customisation around the end-to-end customer journey - including the post-booking page text, calendar invite, follow up emails and reminders; - Password protection of the booking URL for enhanced security during closed off events or appointments; - Third party integrations into Zoom which reduces the need to manually send out meeting links.

Cons

\- There are not too many cons that I would want to draw out. Further 3rd party integrations would be useful including MS Teams and Adobe Connect; - It would also be helpful to be able to customise meeting duration for each bookable staff on a single booking page. But again that is a niche use case.

This is one of the best scheduling solutions available. I would highly recommend use for anyone looking to avoid sending multiple points of communication to schedule meetings, dinners, gathering et.Al.

Pros

You Can Book Me allows scheduling across multiple email platforms and instant syncing. The setup is simple and easy to use.

Cons

There is not a great solution for iCloud accounts. Email accounts with 2FA will require additional setup steps.
