Pros This allows multiple staff members to manage appointments with student and other parties. It is easy to arrange everything through the Google calendar. Cons It's sometimes difficult to set up new users remotely. When on-boarding remote team members, some are able to adjust their calendars, while others have trouble with the settings. Pros It was a tremendous help to us allowing us to link our services and options with an online presence. And because it linked so seamlessly with Google Calendars. Cons When we started out using the product several years ago, the cost was reasonable. Within the last couple of years, the cost has sky-rocketed and is truly not worth what we are using it for. However, we are not currently in a position to restructure our process so we are stuck using it for now. Reason for choosing YouCanBook.me Because it easily linked to Google Calendars which allowed us to produce reports that were needed for the back end of our services. Cons It's a little tedious setting up the appointment blocks for all of our application workshops. But we now have that figured out. As a dietitian, I do not answer my call when I have an appointment, so in my voicemail tells them they can book via my online booking agenda! Spares a lot of time. Pros Easy use, nice view, easy to connect to your agenda Cons It would be handy if you could attach a file. For instance, if a customer books a first appointment, they also get a questionair to prepare for the consultation, if this could get attached to the confirmation email, this would spare me a lot of time. Pros I love the ease of use and the ability to embed the link in my email and on my company's website. I also love the hands-off approach to scheduling this creates. Cons There is nothing that I least like about this software. The software saves time and allows me to schedule meetings efficiently. We've also utilised the rescheduling feature, which is a really nice way of keeping all of the admin involved inside the product - you can also see a history of each booking which is great. Pros I love the level of customisation you can have with the software - from the look of the calendar booker to the text in all of the follow-up communications. You can also embed the forms in your website which is really handy. Cons Sometimes the form takes a few seconds to load when you embed it into your website. It's not a massive issue but perhaps something to optimise in future? " August 10, 2017 5.0 Pros Students do not have to contact us in order to schedule appointments and we have information that we need prior to the appointment (ID#, reason for appt.). This allows us to proactively redirect students and prepare for appointments when necessary. Cons It would be helpful to have a drop down menu where students can choose from reasons for their appointment. If a students chooses a reason that requires the completion of a form (and not an apppointment), it would be helpful if that choice generated an email to the student with the necessary form. That way, students are only scheduling appointments for necessary reasons. Is there a way you can contact me to let me know if this would be possible already? " May 29, 2017 4.0 I think this is a great online booking system. It has made things much easier and reliable when it comes to people making appointments to see me. Pros The convenience. The fact that it is linked to my gmail calendar so people wanting to book a time with me can see my current availability and I can see all bookings in my calendar. I also get an automatic notification email every time someone books a time. Cons It'd be nice to be able to email back to confirm or change a booking using a link in the email message that is automatically sent to me when a booking is made. YCBM helps me to be my whole self in every meeting because I don’t have to worry about if there is somewhere else I’m supposed to be or something I’m missing. It helpw you integrate the caledars from different people which provide more availalability. Also helps collect the most valuable information to make an appointment as clear as possible. I like that once I schedule something it goes directly to my calendar and I then have a reminder that pops up on my phone so I don't forget about appointments and I don't have to worry about writing them down and losing the paper. On the one hand, YouCanBookMe is very possibly the easiest online scheduling platform to use. On the other hand it is extremely limited in what can be done as far as customizing it to fit your needs as well as the look of your website. Pros Like the tittle of this review suggests, "YouCanBookMe" is super simple to use, both as the front end user looking to book an appointment as well as the back end user setting it up and, in my case, embedding it on a website. Within five to ten minutes you can sign-up for the service, customize it, and have it embedded (or otherwise set up) on your website. Cons YouCanBookMe is super simple but also super limited. Because of its simplicity and initial efficiency (and being in a hurry to set up a website) I chose to use YouCanBookMe. But the drawbacks of being unable to customize in any meaningful or significant way causes a clash. It looks awful, and more than awful, embarrassing, on my website. Although I'm still using it, we'll see how long it is before I break my inertia and switch over to another scheduling platform. Cons There are really confusions when it comes to programming time, it is very complicated for the client the fact that I do not have a simple option to program it, on the other hand the payment systems are very limited, in some countries there is no Stripe. Pros It is so simple. The idea is simple. The execution and operations are simple. It is a great and helpful tool to help facilitate communication between people on very different schedules and helps to establish a time where both parties can be on the same page. Cons I think the actual layout and "look" of it could be a little more colorful or "fun." It is very clean but doesn't really have a "style" or "brand" of its own.
