We have shared this with our whole franchise network to make interview scheduling automated. Pros I like everything about it. It makes scheduling our interviews so easy. We can customize the interview booking form so we have all the info we need about the applicant. It takes about 2 seconds to make any edits too! Cons I don't have any qualms with this platform. Cons Customer service Hello, I would like some support. I have 2 categories of services for my clients : let’s say Service A and Service B. Service A lasts 50 minutes and Services B lasts 60 minutes. When I provide Service A, I have a 10 minutes break. When I provide Service B I have no break. Now I have set up only one service with 60 minutes. How can I make this distinction visible for my clients? I want they can see this distinction when they are booking the meeting. Pros When it is implemented correctly it is relatively seamless and simple. Cons My school puts the tech. implementation of this software on me. I am a school counselor and struggle with getting this going and there is, of course, no phone number to call. It is really frustrating to fix things via email or messenger etc. I am not a tech. person so speaking to tech. people through email etc. is really really frustrating. Customers loved the option to be able to book us. Pros I like that you can create groups for the whole team. You can set the agent’s schedule, break etc. Love that it is linked to outlook. From which you can also manage your YCBM account. Cancellation works well. Cons It is a bit confusing how the main and separate accounts work. Setting up the accounts was not so convenient. I am old school enough that I needed the support. I set up a time with a rep to link together on-line. He gave superior service and won me over. Pros I need the end user to actually use the software, hence it must be easy. YouCanBook.me has been just that...easy for them to use! Cons Minor management issues on setting the system up, but that may have been just the "learning curve." Pros It saves me a lot of time - clients are in charge of their own bookings. It also provides clients with reminders which reduces forgotten appointments. I think the customer support is wonderful - second to none. Cons Having to book in 15 min increments is a little pesky - I'd like to be able to vary start times, some on the hour, some at 10 past, some at 15, some at 30 past, etc. I can do all of those except 10 past. The features are very good and can create some great engagement. The customer support is limited in talking with a person. It was very difficult getting anything but email responses. There should be much more live person access to your support team. Pros Ease of use and custom features. We have multiple types of appointments we set, so there are lots of features that we use for some appointments while others don't. Cons Its difficult to get timely responses from email, and the text message features are limited. Text response is much quicker, so having additional text features would be great. It is a great way to hit the masses with one link and allow people to schedule the time that works best for them. It can be completely ad-free and has your branding. It's a great tool for people who want to schedule several appointments. Cons Unfortunately you can't block specific days (i.e. the 20th & 21st) off the calendar, it has to be by day of the week (Monday, Tuesday)...which is a bit of a disappointment. However, on the whole this is well worth the cost. We have categories for senior portraits (20 minutes), Communion portraits (1h15m). April 6, 2019 4.0 Pros I use YouCanBookMe for all of my external appointments. Since it syncs with my Google calendar, it makes it easy to block off my availability. You can also customize the form that people fill out when they go through the process of booking a time on your calendar. I appreciate this feature, as it allows me to make sure I can gather all the information I need before going into those meetings! Cons It's slightly inconvenient that you have to block off times by creating an event on your Google calendar - it would be great if there was a way to only block off times on the YouCanBookMe calendar without also blocking it off on the Google calendar, in case you need to block off one but not the other!
