Also, the backend is easy to navigate and edit. Cons Does not have a 45 minute or 90-minute easy option for use. If you schedule on the hour or the half hour it works great. Pros We used youcanbook.me to schedule a number of interviews for vacancies in our staff, and it worked nicely. Nobody asked for clarifications or did not receive confirmation emails, so I can say it was all pleasant and useful. Very good job and thumbs up to the development team! Cons The automation behind confirmation emails could be easier to set up (i.e. a guided tool that lets you write anything you need in the correct fields). I had to run a number of tests before setting up everything right. Might be improved but is still nicely done now. Pros I love the fact that this is free! The free version of this booking software comes with everything you need to successfully put up a schedule so that other people can book a time slot with you for a meeting or a training. Cons Nothing. This software is amazing. The free version comes with a little advertising but that doesnt matter. You get an awesome free booking platform that you can share with others. I seldom have issues with the system and it's a great option for clients to book a time that suits them best. Cons On occasion, people have booked on days that I've crossed out on my calendar as being unavailable. It doesn't happen often but it can be concerning when I'm not checking my email regularly. May 26, 2017 5.0 Our monthly meeting where we interview up to 30 applicants was previously chaotic as people would arrive and sometimes wait for hours, or they would come too early or too late for the advertised time. Our panel of volunteer professionals now get more done in less time and a big advantage is they have prior information about the application to be submitted. Pros Easy to setup and customers find it easy to use to make an appointment. The confirmation eMail is great, and the cancellation feature very useful. As a student advisor I have to schedule meetings with hundreds of students and now they can just book a slot at their own convenience. Pros The booking programme saves me lot of time. I don't have to e-mail back and forth anymore for finding a timeslot. Cons Adding an event for the fullday (like holiday) at the top does not block the day and is easily overlooked by others. I simply send my YouCanBookMe link out and the meeting gets scheduled. Pros YouCanBookMe meets my needs perfectly. Many I know use Calend.ly, so I rebelled and went with YouCanBookMe instead. It works and in comparison the interface is much better done compared to the competition. Cons More customizations would help, and integration with Google Calendar so I do not have to run to a separate tool when I need to change my availabiity. It saves me time and allows the scheduler to book appointments on their time. Cons I wish there was one more option for times and availability. A custom option where it just searches for the topic title of my events. So, for example, my title is Schedule Tour. I would add Schedule Tour to my google calendar and youcanbook.me will map to it and add it on to my live booking page. It gives me greater flexibility to schedule meeting times in between of other meetings. I could set my working hours to be a window between 8 am to 4 pm. March 10, 2021 3.0 Although the support people were trying to be helpful, we were not able to resolve issues. They were very patient and were willing to work with me in a timely manner. However, I had to turn off security controls to make the Zoom integration work. If it was not for this security issue, I would recommend this product. Everything else including the price makes it worth using. If Zoom is part of your workflow, then you need to assess the risk and your own tolerance. Pros This is exactly what a calendar program should be. It is nicely laid out, straightforward, and doesn't try to get fancy. If you are trying to book appointments from the public to manage resources through a single calendar, this is your program. The part I like is the presentation of the weekly grid to create appointments. For our purposes, this is the best way to present the calendar. Cons The biggest issue that I have is that there is a significant security issue with their Zoom integration. I have provided the information to the company and they responded in a way that was far less than satisfying. I am very concerned that the potential exploit and its likelihood may be too significant to consider further use. It is too bad because I like everything else about the product. Pros My patients do not need accounts, user names, or passwords to book an appointment. I've been told it's very easy to use. Cons I can't easily change my days I'm open without creating a bunch of blocked events through my google calendar. Say I want to quickly open up for bookings on a saturday that I don't typically work, I have to add a this day into my times, but it opens this day up indefinitely for future weeks. Annoying. The dashboard is in general very user friendly. The offer of different looks for the calendar is really nice. Is affordable and easy to use for the customer. Cons The appointment settings are a bit confusing. For example, if you want to remove a certain day from the month (4th of July) to look as unavailable, you have to set your own calendar as unavailable in order for youcanbookme to take it out of the calendar view. Even trying to do this was not accurate all of the time and not very easy to coordinate. It would be ideal to have a feature that allows you to block out any certain day you may need. It is so helpful to send potential clients (and existing clients) one simple link so they can book a time to talk instead of emailing back and forth what times and dates work best for them and/or their team. Everyone involved got email notifications and calendar invites once booked. If the client needs to cancel or reschedule, it is easy for them to do so. Pros Once set-up the admin job is done and everything flows seamlessly. It syncs with google calendar so everyone involved in the meeting gets and instant invite. Cons If the time between each available meeting time varies, the time slot are not customizable to this. Available appointments must be set with the same amount of break time all day long.
