Pros

It makes the process transparent and makes our job easier as landlords can click to either accept or reject the work. Its multi lingual picture led interface makes it easy for tenants to report issues

Cons

The dashboard can seem a little bit confusing and unorganized at time but you can amend it but it still looks very busy
