Pros: The team at Phone2Action really understands the importance of having the proper tools at your fingertips for a comprehensive political effort.

Cons: The user interface could be just a bit more intuitive, but that's really nit-picking. No complaints.

Overall: We are able to mobilize and activate our voters with greater speed and efficiency.

Clear platform and very responsive help chat works to mobilize teams to achieve results.

Pros: Clear and straightforward design, and the help "chat" feature cannot be beat -- it is wonderful to be able for me, or anyone on my team, to reach out at any time to a live Phone2Action representative for responsive, friendly answers to questions or quick how-to tutorials.

Cons: The built-in training demos are a bit simple and generic, which makes the live chat help feature a key resource. More ways to cluster campaigns (besides current/past) would be helpful, especially for larger organizations with many initiatives underway at once.
