"The Most Configurable IP Management System"
Overall: FoundationIP was likely the first web-based IP Management System. I used it as a law firm attorney with clients as far back as 15 years ago. It has continued to have the most features among products that I've used, but it also lacks intuitiveness and can be overly complicated. Like I said, for large firms, it's among the best, but otherwise, it's unyielding in its complexity.
Pros: With FoundationIP, you can do just about anything through extensive configuration. If you need to customize your IP Management system, there's probably a configuration setting to allow you to do that. Excellent date tracking capabilities.
Cons: Is it possible for software to be TOO customizable? I would only recommend FoundationIP for large law firms or corporate legal departments. It does large scale well, but requires too much administration for smaller organizations.
