Pros: Recently switched to Spectrum VOIP. Very easy to use and has no down time during the switch. Was easy to set up queue and voicemails.

Cons: Customer service with spectrum overall could use some work. Getting someone knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient is luck of the draw. Also every time a technician has come out, while they've fixed one issue they ultimately create another and customer service needs to be called. It's a never ending cycle.

Overall: New voip service which was well worth the switch

Excellent service, save by bundling, ultra fast internet , especially if you have a crowd.

Pros: You can access all channels off the app, it's great! Convenient, you can download on your phone or tablet. Most of all it's a lot of fun.

Cons: Cost

Overall: All channels at your fingertips and can scroll up and down much faster.
