Overall it Know Your Team is a great experience, easy to use and we loved the heartbeat check integration on Slack as it kept everything on the same place for our employees and made it so that they actually answered the questions.

Pros

We loved the included questions that helped us know more information about our company, it gave us insights about what our employees think about our processes, people and tools. It also helped build trust, as we could make it more visibility to the initiatives that actually matter to our teams.

Cons

There isn't much that I don't like about KYT/KYC, although it's a bit difficult to collaborate when there are multiple managers within the same area.

Pros

Anyone can ask anything, it doesn't need to be a designated admin or anything like that. If you're curious about something, just ask away! And if it's a little too serious, you can just respond to the admins of your account, for us it's our CEO and CTO. Pretty cool!

Cons

Sometimes the comments get a little cut off and you have to click to view them all. Like the font is very big on the comment stream. Good for scrolling but if people are writing long stories you have to click to expand all the time.
