I would describe it as successful but there is room for improvement. I also understand that there is a level of user error.

Pros

ease of use, great for collaborating across multiple departments. I like that it is on the web and doesn't require a VPN / protected access

Cons

Comments on a page show in opposite order they are left in. Each comment takes a while to load for edits to a web page and appear backwards in order of how they are entered. When clicking on a comment (either in the window on the right or the comment pin itself) the corresponding pin / comment does not always come up as selected, and it makes it tricky to cross check

In the main, it's ok. It's functional. The software has frustrating quirks when in use - becomes unresponsive regular and hangs for no reason resulting in either refreshing the browser or completely restarting.

Pros

The ability to track the amount of amends and cycles, and proof artwork digitally and over distance/remotely.

It's a clunky UI with bugs, is frustrating at times, not no the most user-friendly. Becomes unresponsive regular and hangs for no reason resulting in either refreshing the browser or completely restarting.

Page Proof has made my job much easier in workload, and in tracking changes. Has decreased my email inbox amount and has been a welcome addition to our internal stakeholders as well.

Pros

super easy for my company to keep track of multiple comments and changes for proofs. Has cut down on emails in my inbox too!

Cons

We have a very high volume of pages going in and out, and often can does not respond well to templates/rules, so checklists and workflows are hard to use as they change on our end so frequently.

I overall really like the process, It streamlines feedback and makes it clear where hang ups are in the approval process.

Pros

easy version uploads, files are well organized and easy to access, ability to save workflows saves so much time

Email notifications could be more clear (possibly showing a preview of the file with notifications).

Page Proof has been a great value for our team and was an immediate upgrade for us when working with clients. Having the ability to proof all different forms of media in one place has been a humungous benefit.

Pros

Page Proof has been great for our team. We collaborate with many different teams and often have as many as 20 clients reviewing the proof. Clients find the ability to leave comments very easy. When we are working through proofs to update documents it is very easy to follow along. The Page Proof support team has been great at answering any questions we have in a speedy manner.

Cons

I wish there was more detailed reporting available in the Audit without Enterprise. Simple numbers like the date the first proof was uploaded, how many comments total and how many days in proofing would be great to see on the Audit menu.

It has bee really good! We love the product and the people we have worked with have been amazing. We are very happy.

Pros

Their customer support is impeccable. And the product is easy to use and easy for our clients to learn. This product has really upped our game when it comes to getting proof approval.

Cons

I would like a separate field for proofs that are NOT approved. You have the approved tab, and ALL tab, but nothing for not yet approved.

It is a great tool, one which I did not know existed until a year ago and I will continue to use it!

Pros

I love the use of comments and a checklist from the comments. It makes it easier for me to do my job and for customers to markup my proofs.

Cons

The login system, it is confusing when a customer does not remember making a login but is forced to login to pageproof, and when another email can join your proof when they are not the approver.
