March 10, 2025 4.0 My experience with the software has been good. I have used it for both personal and professional work and the quality of the video and the audio has been excellent. Numerous times I have been able to seamlessly connect with my colleagues and never miss out important information even when network speed was slow. Only downside is it's pricing and limitations with free version. Pros The quality of the video and audio is very good, even during low network speed the video quality never drops. Another good thing is how easy it is to use on cross platforms. Whether on mobile or on laptop. It work flawlessly. I think they try to be a low cost ZOOM and attract customers through a very low price, but understand every part of their operation is low quality, especially their management team. Pros Nothing - its truly awful. I did my best to give it a chance over a long period, but it just got worse. Cons Go meeting make it exceptionally difficult to cancel your subscription. Whilst you can sign up online, you cannot cancel online and have to go through their telephone support system. Expect to wait 30 to 60 minutes and then expect to be bounded between departments - without doubt its their strategy to keep charging your card year after year.
