March 10, 2025 4.0 My experience with the software has been good. I have used it for both personal and professional work and the quality of the video and the audio has been excellent. Numerous times I have been able to seamlessly connect with my colleagues and never miss out important information even when network speed was slow. Only downside is it's pricing and limitations with free version. Pros The quality of the video and audio is very good, even during low network speed the video quality never drops. Another good thing is how easy it is to use on cross platforms. Whether on mobile or on laptop. It work flawlessly. January 16, 2025 5.0 GoTo Meeting is one app I can't go without. The need for in depth conversation can arise multiple times with each client. GoTo has the personal feel of meeting face to face without the inconvenience of asking clients to come to the office. Starting a call is almost as easy as a phone call. I get an affordable price and great features. If you need or want to save your call recordings within the app, this is the one I recommend. GoTo Meeting is secure too. Pros GoTo Meeting is an affordable and reliable app for video calls and conferences. The app pretty much always works as expected. Anything that does arise can be expedited by using the 24/7 phone support. Setup was minimal even for me as an account holder. Clients aren't required to create an account and GoTo Meeting is available on every platform I'm aware of. All of the tools and features are easy to use. The interface is simple, also easy to use. Personally, I love the unlimited storage GoTo Meeting provides. Saving the call recording is important and useful to me. The saved files are easy to find as well. Multiple users and/or devices are permitted under one subscription. In app messaging and Private Messaging is something else I really love. Another standout feature for me was the fade feature with the on screen pen. I can highlight a portion of my screen, then without further action it will fade and the client can see the whole screen without obstruction. It's also worth mentioning that I can share my entire screen or only a specific window. Cons GoTo Meeting is affordable, however I wish there were a broader range of plans. I pay for features I don't really need just to get the unlimited cloud storage. I'd prefer to see it available as an add on to the standard plan. While it's not something I use often, I do want a good whiteboard added in GoTo.
