Pros it just works for meetings. i send a link, people click it, and they are in the meeting. the audio is always clear. very reliable. i never have problems with it. its simple, just for meetings, no extra confusing stuff. Cons its expensive for just a meeting tool. other tools give i chat and more for free. the interface looks a bit old. and sometimes people have to download a small app to join which is annoying for them. With its exceptional engagement features which includes an in-meeting chat box, GoTo Meeting allows me to have a similar meeting experience as i would with physical meet ups. I have had a very successful meeting experience with GoTo Meeting and i really recommend it. Pros GoTo Meeting is easy to use and has a very clean user interface. I like how easy it is to organize a meeting and send the invitation links to the other parties. The meeting control features help to take full command of the meeting room as the host which usually helps to have an orderly meeting where everyone gets to speak when given permission to. Am also amazed by how good the visuals and sound are during a meeting as they makes everything clear to see and hear. GoTo Meeting offers a meeting recording feature that help to follow up on previously held meeting discussions. Cons My user experience with GoTo Meeting has never had any downsides. Off all the features it offers, there is none that i have not liked. I would however like to see a meeting summarizer that offers meeting summaries at the end. I think they try to be a low cost ZOOM and attract customers through a very low price, but understand every part of their operation is low quality, especially their management team. Pros Nothing - its truly awful. I did my best to give it a chance over a long period, but it just got worse. Cons Go meeting make it exceptionally difficult to cancel your subscription. Whilst you can sign up online, you cannot cancel online and have to go through their telephone support system. Expect to wait 30 to 60 minutes and then expect to be bounded between departments - without doubt its their strategy to keep charging your card year after year. The software is extremely glitchy and will often fail within meetings. Just a very poor company all round.
