October 17, 2024 5.0 The experience with GoTo Meeting has been very exceptional both in terms of user-friendliness and productivity. It has helped us cement our grounds in online meetings which proves a more efficient and convenient way of having our meeting discussions within our organization as well as with our customers. Pros I like how easy it is to join meetings with GoTo Meeting, the meeting interface is well setup and sleek making the whole meeting experience very easy. It offers reliable in-meeting engagement functions like chats and polls that makes that gives our meetings life and make them more lively. It gives the meetings top-notch clarity with HD video quality and ultra fine audio including a background noise removal tool. The meeting invitation links are short making them easy to share with the intended audience. Cons For the time i have engaged with GoTo Meeting, i have not gotten anything negative about it. It provides all of the meeting features, resolves bandwith concerns, and has outstanding audio/video quality. Pros The automatic transcript makes it easy to pick in case of a fast-talking speaker or someone with a different accent. Easy to set up, it's a smart and extremely powerful tool that requires no training to use. It has the best audio, great image quality, great sound, and the ability to share the screen. November 5, 2024 1.0 Very poor at every level. Customer service is non existent. I think they try to be a low cost ZOOM and attract customers through a very low price, but understand every part of their operation is low quality, especially their management team. Pros Nothing - its truly awful. I did my best to give it a chance over a long period, but it just got worse. Cons Go meeting make it exceptionally difficult to cancel your subscription. Whilst you can sign up online, you cannot cancel online and have to go through their telephone support system. Expect to wait 30 to 60 minutes and then expect to be bounded between departments - without doubt its their strategy to keep charging your card year after year. It allowed us to host live training, webinars and meetings for over 150 participants at a given time. We enjoyed the platform and its features and it was easy for our participants to access as well. Pros GoTo Meeting was an incredible video conferencing tool for our team. It allowed us to host virtual meetings with our internal team and clients which created flexibility and greater productivity. Cons GoTo Meeting can be expensive if upgrading your package to include more participants to your meeting. Cons It lowkey has lag issues and slow responsiveness which kind of makes it difficult during live meeting sessions to communicate. It is the best tool for the purposes of online collaboration. I like its interesting and straightforward functions. It has greatly simplified the meetings as well as conferences. It is very much secure platform. It let us have complete control and hold on our conferences for ensuring the complete security of our data. Pros The thing which I liked the most about GoTo Meeting is that it is incredibly easy to use. Another big pro of GoTo Meeting is that conducting virtual meetings really becomes easy with it even if there are huge number of individuals. I also like the way its screen recording works. There are whiteboard features which are very beneficial. Screen sharing feature also creates much ease for the users. Cons It is always proved to be helpful to me whenever I use this software. It is loaded with great features and functionalities. Since I'm using this software I never come across any kind of short comings yet.
