Pros GoTo Meeting has been a reliable and cost-effective virtual meeting platform for our organization. The software is intuitive, easy to navigate, and provides the essential features needed to host internal meetings, client calls, interviews, and virtual collaboration sessions. The dashboard is well organized, making it simple to schedule meetings, manage attendees, and access recordings and meeting information. One of the biggest advantages of GoTo Meeting is the value it provides for the cost. Compared to some competing platforms, it offers a strong feature set without requiring a significant investment. Both administrators and end users can get up and running quickly with minimal training, which helped drive adoption within our organization. Pros: Easy to use for both hosts and attendees Intuitive and well-organized dashboard Good value for the cost Quick meeting setup and scheduling Reliable core meeting and screen-sharing functionality Minimal training required for users Cons Our primary challenge was occasional connectivity and audio issues. While these problems were not frequent enough to significantly disrupt operations, there were instances where participants experienced audio quality concerns or connection instability that affected the meeting experience. We have multiple departments who use GoTo and we rarely have any conflicts. Pros The fact that we have set meeting rooms that have their own links that do not change.This makes including new people super easy! Cons Not everyne is familiar and sometimes have har time joning. Often have to walk invitees through the steps. This is usually a user issue not a platform one but still cause some issues. The system works great. Pros easy to use, I never have isssues to connect, making my days a little easier, and the video call is super clear Cons I don't really have anything bad to say, according to my experience.
