Pros: Excellent to give lectures to a large number of people in different countries is very interactive and useful

Cons: Sometimes the platform has problems and loses the audio for some users but the video continues without problems

Pros: I have used this product as a webinar attendee. I have not yet produced any webinars using it.

It has worked very well for me on my iPad, iPhone and laptop. The has allowed me to catch webinars while driving, on tour, and in the comfort of my own home. I really appreciate the cross-platform functionality.

I have not had to contact support for any reason as the app has functioned very well every time I've used it. I downloaded the free version which has been sufficient for my needs, so excellent value. It's very easy to use on all platforms. I haven't had any problems with it.

Cons: I've been attending webinars hosted on GoToWebinar for 4-5 years and have yet to have an issue with the software.

Webinars are an ease with this app.

Pros: I like most the ability to hold an online webinar at the convenience of my computer. You can reach anyone anywhere as long as everyone has a computer and wi-fi.

Cons: I haven't found anything I don't like. The software has worked exactly as I expected it to without any issues each time.

Pros: I've been using this for a couple year. I really like how easy it was to start a webinar in seconds. They also have a mobile app which is a great help! Most of my viewers are using their mobile devices to attend the webinar

Cons: Sometimes, some of my viewers who are using MAC said that they are having a problem with writing a message in the chatbox. When they are typing a message, the cursor lost its focus and they need to click the chat box again to continue writing. Maybe it's a compatibility issue with their device.

Overall: I can always stay at home while teaching other people anywhere in the world. It really helps a lot.

Pros: I find this software extremely easy to use! If you do not have it installed, it makes it so easy by installing itself and bringing you to the interface screen that you need. It is so easy to watch a presentation or training session and share the presenter's screen. Good program!

Cons: Sometimes the call in feature is annoying but more because of the user than the program. Folks joining the call don't always know how to mute their line.

Pros: Easy for first time users to understand and even easier for webinar attendees to use. We use this tool for larger webinars and have never had a complaint or concern on how to log in, how to use the application, or quality of the service.

Cons: Would be nice if all presenters were able to view and answer questions during a webinar. Currently only the one session leader can do so.

Pros: great functionality and everything you would expect from a webinar tool, sharing a screen, raising hands, chat, recording, etc.

Cons: like with anything internet based, it sometimes cuts out, especially the audio. however, I'm not sure they can help a poor internet connection

Pros: GoToWebinar makes it easy to hold webinars with members from multiple organizations. Once registered, participants get emailed a link and can easily add the webinar to their calendar.

Cons: The software does offer some customizable options, but these can be difficult to find so I think they are underutilized. I have also had issues with the sound when attending webinars via mobile.

Overall: This software allows me to set up meetings quickly and easily and participants generally report that it is easy to connect to meetings.

Pros: Much like Go To Meeting, this platform is easy to connect and share a screen with those who aren't local.

Cons: The program would be glitchy at times, not letting users on the opposite end see what you're sharing.

Pros: GoToWebinar is generally easy to use, with nice quality in video broadcasting. Everything flows smoothly from setting up to registration to delivery

Cons: I don't like having to have different apps for webinars, trainings, and meetings! Also pricing is not the most competitive

Cons: It's not a good offering in the slightest. I run many webcasts and think the functionality is quite limited.

Pros: I loved how easy it was for customers to access. Often times, we would see our customers struggle with using technology to engage with us; however, this wasn't the case with this product.

Cons: I don't really have many complaints about GoToMeeting. At first I struggled with the level of interaction customers could have but that subsided as I learned more about how to use the product.

The webinars I've attended have been smooth and seamless

Pros: GoToWebinar makes attending really easy, which is a major benefit over some of the competition. There haven't been any technical issues, so overall a very pleasant experience.

Cons: Other than the UI being a bit outdated, there's not a lot to dislike about GoToWebinar. Most of my usage has been good.

Pros: It's excellent to divide training among several instructors. As a participant you get to participate and even ask your questions without interrupting the training.

Cons: It has a limited amount of participants per Webinar, 25 total, which forces you to create multiple sessions to allow everybody to be in the training. Q&A seems from the participants perspective confusing since you never get to see that other participants are asking questions.

Overall: It's really good and easy to use, specially if you are familiar with GoToMeeting software.

Pros: A very fast and stable tool for creating webinars. Good user funnel, many features for presenters.

Cons: You need to install a desktop application to use it as viewer, this causes mamy people to bounce from the webinar.

Pros: What I like most about this software is it seems to have the best brand and most robust technology. If my life depended on me broadcasting a Webinar successfully I would choose GoToWebinar.

Cons: The price point is the aspect of this product I like the least. If there was a freemium ad-free option I might use it to produce Webinars more often.

When I used GoToWebinar in the past I also found the Webinar recording features lacking and I believe there was a problem with the GoToWebinar recording feature when I tried to use it.

Pros: GoToWebinar allows you to host webinars for your customers and prospects, and it offers a good service if you are not a huge company that needs to do much or have few people attending the webinar.

Cons: The polling for GoToWebinar could be a little easier to use. It is a bit confusing to launch a question and then display the results.

Pretty great for all-hands meetings!

Pros: We use GoToWebinar on a monthly basis to host a company-wide meeting. It has been reliable and does what we need it to do. We employ several different computers during this time. One that hosts the webinar, one that has the webcam running, and run we join to moderate. It's kinda a mess, but it works! So far there haven't been any major issues and we've been running these monthly for quite some time. It really helps remote employees feel they are a part of these company updates.

Cons: I can't really say there are any major cons with GoToWebinar, at least not that I can recall at this time. Most issues we've had can't be solely blamed on GoToWebinar. Usually it's just weird compatibility issues or little one-off blips in connectivity from time to time.

Pros: Specific panellists group can be created for webinar, chat, q&a session window, screen sharing, speaker cam, auto reminders to join webinar etc makes this tool a simple yet powerful option for small companies.

Cons: the UI options are but small but it's a matter of getting used to it. But still I feel it will be bit challenging for some old age folks in management.

Overall: Easily arrange and manage release webinars across organisation across various geographies

Pros: I have both created webinars and also attended webinars with GoTo and it has been a easy/fluid experience every time. If you're webinar is relatively straightforward, you will have no problem creating and executing one even with little to no experience.

Cons: Not really sure how to utilize all the features - but I also have somewhat basic needs for webinars.

Pros: Great tool to connect for phone meetings. We use to speak with people across the world so that is very convenient. Pretty easy to use and rarely messes up.

Cons: No real complaints here. It typically does what it is supposed to do without any hang ups. Highly recommend.

Pros: The service is very easy to jump in to, just click the link provided by the host and everything will run itself. The additional features of "raising your hand" to alert the speaker that you have a question and the ability to speak or type your question to them during the lecture are great too.

Cons: Because the webinar is streaming live, there's no function to pause a webinar if needed or rewind to a specific point and then rejoin the current spot in the live stream.

Overall: It's been great for continued training in various software.

Pros: GotoWebinar is so simple to use. Setting up calls is fast and support is pretty responsive. Setting up the webinar can take under a minute and the actual webinar functions are great. You're able to share your screen in real time, chat with users and more.

Cons: Licenses are pricey. Other than cost everything works smoothly and I have never run into any road bumps.

Pros: Very cost effective as it makes communication between different branches of an organization very seamless and easy saving traveling costs.
Likable and simple user interface that allows for easy meeting scheduling.

Cons: After using the free version i tried to use it but it proved to be a bit expensive for me so i had to opt for a cheaper software but in overall the software is great.

Pros: GoToWebinar provided an easy and quick platform to conduct web seminars. It has features such as screen sharing and chat room.

Cons: There were few times the connection wasn't good. The connection would cut in and out occasionally. But besides from that I had a very good experience and made the most out of the free trial.

Pros: I like how you can either talk on your phone, webcam, or videochat with this program. Joining a conference is simple and I haven't had issues with the quality. I also like how you can share screens during a teleconference.

Cons: I haven't had too many issues with this program other than lagging during a shared screen, but I attributed that to poor connection.

Pros: GoToWebinar is extremely easy to use for setting up a webinar and offers many features and plans to fit your needs and budget.

Cons: Could not get an answer about any discounts for non-profits organizations such as a school and church. Suggest that the trial period was longer than 7 days.

Pros: It allows to establish a schedule and open inscriptions. It is very friendly, especially when it comes to scheduling a seminar and completing all the steps.

Cons: It has a price too high. You have to download the software, although it is automatic it can take a long time.

Overall: My sales have reached them much faster with this platform, since I can make the demonstrations of my products in real time.

Pros: I like that it is easy to use once it is setup. I've been involved in several meetings using GoToMeeting and they have gone smoothly.

Cons: There are a lot of issues that we have had around security, computer permissions and getting a meeting going when the admin is unable to login on their computer. I'm sure these are user error issues, but the training isn't clear on how to troubleshoot and customer service has been lackluster.

Pros: I like that this makes hosting larger online meetings a cinch. From emailing people to invites to managing and monitoring the webinar or meeting as it is ongoing, this is honestly one of the best solutions on the market.

Cons: This is super nitpicky but with the emails that the system lets you create, I just wish you could have a little more creative control with the look but this is a webinar system, not an email system.

Pros: Easy to use, lets us schedule our webinars in advance and advertise them early so that people can sign up, as well as limit our audience and participation. Screen sharing, audience interaction, etc., is all part of the package...plus it sends Outlook appointments! YES!

Cons: The download can be confusing for end users. It can also take a bit of time. Other than that, this product is perfect.

Pros: Every time I assisted a webinar held with this tool, I was able to enjoy perfect connection, good audio, no delays or "hiccups" and quality screen sharing sessions. I also believe that the fact that you have to download a tool and install it in your computer pushes you to commit to the webinar more than if it was just held online, and also to focus on it (plus, the host can even force full screen on the attendees).

Cons: Sometimes the chat boxes can get confusing, but if this is properly explained by the hosts then it usually is not a problem (people chatting in the QA box, or posting questions in the chat one). I also would love to be able to see the questions ahead of time in the QA when people ask them, so far all webinars I attended only show the questions after they have been answered or as they are being discussed.

Pros: The organization I work for has recently started selling out for certain events due to the size of our conference room so we decided streaming the presentation for people so they could still be apart of it. So far we have had no issues- everyone can hear well and the process seems to be very easy for anyone to figure out. Once we register someone we put in their email and send them the webinar info and they can join the webinar. I like that they are able to interact even when they aren't there, they can ask questions through chat and do different polls. You can have many different users join and I think they love the fact that can all interact.

Cons: The cost is high so I suggest only purchasing if you will use it more than a few times a year. If you are only needing to conference call with a few people I would stick with gotomeeting. It could use a little re design as well.

We switch to GoToWebinar as our main webinar provider and find it is easy to use

Pros: Running a webinar is a fairly easy process in GoToWebinar. It doesn't take too much setup, depending on how custom you want your webinar, and running the webinar itself is intuitive. The GoToWebinar dashboard during the webinar is pretty easy to navigate and doesn't require too much training beforehand to learn how to use.

Cons: We've run into occasional compatibility issues both on the attendee side and the administrative side. We'll get complaints from attendees of not being able to see or hear a presentation, though not very often. On the administrative side, there are occasional issues of broadcast quality not being great, though this is rare.

Pros: Can get participants in the meeting quickly and easy and it automatically records your session which I find to be the best thing about it. I find it very user friendly and most client never have any issues even if they have never used it before.

Cons: Not many cons. Sometimes the voip is laggy and we have to dial in but its not that much of an issue for us.

Overall: Quick fast and easy online conference.

Pros: In the modern world gained popularity the way of the attraction of potential clients through webinars. We rejected this way of searching the clients for a quite long period of time before we met with GoToWebinar. They suggested us to try their product for free and we decided why not. And the very first result was fantastic! Through making the free presentation we attracted some clients which in prospect gain us a very good revenue. This software looks the modern and beautiful way, works without lags and have excellent employees which will always help you with pleasure.

Cons: There were some troubles to connect to the webinar from some countries. The internet connection was good enough, and everything else seemed fine too, but somehow they just could not connect. But then the supporting team did something and after that, we never faced this problem again.

I believe it's the most easy to use software for webinars.

Pros: It's not just easy to set up, it's also easy for others to connect to the webinar and figure it out.
There are so many features. They can watch you on the webinar, or you can show them your computer screen to see what you're doing. They have the chat box, where people can communicate since most of the time, the people attending the webinars are muted.

Cons: It may be the Internet connection, but sometimes the sound won't work, or the video won't work. You have to keep playing with it to make it function, but that's rare.

Pros: GoToWebinar is pretty easy to set up and only takes a few minutes to really understand. I find the interface to be intuitive.

Cons: We have had difficulty with large numbers of attendees. The version we have, caps out around 100 and we coordinate multiple webinars as a result. It can also be alittle cumbersome if your attendees have a lot of questions at once.

Overall: GoToWebinar lets my organization coordinate and record webinars. We get compliments all the time on how professional it appears.

Pros: GoToWebinar is a value added and easy way to reach clients with timely information. Easy to set up and share webinars that are well received by audiences.

Cons: Some difficulty in using in the Apple IOS, particularly the IPad. I find I can easily log in and use on my MAC but not on IPAD. This limits portability

Pros: Like the ability to do polls to keep the viewers engaged in the presentations. The ability to share screen and have mobile users join is a plus.

Cons: I have used the app on my phone before and it seems to disconnect a bit more than i would like. it could however be my device and not the app i have not figured that out yet though.

Pros: GoToWebinar is very easy to have multiple co hosts and have them share their camera or screen. We use this monthly for a big meeting for the company and we have been pleasantly surprised at the video and sound quality that goes out to our remote employees.

Cons: Could have better chat features for those on the webinar. Also the price per seat is more expensive that competitors.

Pros: I've used this program for training purposes and I really like how user-friendly it is. It's especially helpful for those of us with less "techy" knowledge.

Pros: Great software, I've used it from the non-admin/non-facilitator aspect of the software and it was very clean and easy to use. There was a lot of cool features and prompts that were used throughout the webinar that I attended that made it very interactive to be a part of, especially compared to other software platforms I've used.

Cons: I cannot accurately say what was was wrong with this software if anything as I've only used it in a limited fashion. That being said, it is clearly designed for a larger company that requires multiple webinars a month to make the price worth it. That being said, from the aspect of the user, it seemed to be well worth the price tag!

Pros: Easy to set up meetings, with a good looking User Interface making using the software easy and straight forward.
Great post meeting features i.e the report generation using Ms Excel and recording converting that allows for proper meeting minute generation.
Its responsiveness to both immobile and mobile platforms allows for flexible communication within meeting members

Cons: The way the software forcibly keeps changing my time zone really irritates me as on some occasion I've missed attending meetings I've scheduled because of this.

I use this software at least several times a month and find it very easy to use

Pros: It is easy to set up and make changes. I was able to learn how to use this software very quickly so the training was a breeze. I have had problems a couple of times but got connected to a tech and they were able to resolve the issue while I stayed on the phone.

Cons: It is hard to come up with cons, I haven't had too many problems with the software and like I said the training was very easy to learn and start using.

Pros: Our team uses GoToWebinar for hosting large training webinars on a monthly basis. The tool allows us to set up registration links and then track who registered and who actually attended. I like the "insight" view after a webinar is complete so you can see the stats of the webinar along with all of the questions/feedback. Easy to add polls, add handouts, and to record sessions.

Cons: The functionality of GoToWebinar has been great but the product itself looks a little outdated. Could use a UX facelift.

Pros: All the controls such as send out invitations, ending the webinar, managing the microphones, and video, running the screen presentation, switching screens when necessary etc and compatibility with Mac versus PC. Best technical support I have experienced, ever. Tech Support's team with whom I interacted exhibited knowledge, courtesy and spoke in easily understandable English. And I was on a freebie! I mastered the app with their help and concluded my webinar successfully. I have another on Tuesday next week.

Cons: Cost is high if you can only use it once or twice a year. Otherwise, the cost is competitive with the other similar apps I tried. I am thinking of ways to increase webinar marketing to spread the cost over multiple webinars. The basic cost of per month for a small company is OK if you use the tool every week. Medium and larger sized companies have other pricing options that appear reasonable considering the features and number of users.

Overall: I am able to do a complete webinar (never having done so in my life) in less than 24 hours. Feature rich with a well thought through design I do not think you can find better.

Pros: Very easy to use. It's easy to send out the link and have large numbers of people click into it without trouble. Being able to have multiple presenters in different locations is huge when you work at a company with people all over the place. This can get a little confusing if it's not planned out beforehand but that is 100% user issue and nothing to do with the software. There is also a feature where you can have people "raise their hands" either to get a response to a question you are posing or if they have a questions. There is also a chat box for this.

Cons: Aesthetically it is a little dated looking but that doesn't affect the functionality. If your internet connection isn't strong there will definitely be a lag but all presentation software has that.

Pros: The best advantage is that the login for clients is simple and understandable, no additional passwords or registrations, like some programs, are required. I like how easy it is to use, and it looks professional. Everything is self-evident. I've used many platforms for webinars, and GoToWebinar competes with the best. The software unites everyone with the opportunity to exchange documents and presentations in our team. This tool is especially useful for us for learning and teaching our employees.

Cons: I wish I could set up landing pages and automatic emails to reflect my company's branding. In addition, it would be nice if GoToWebinar found the default sound device and went with it.

Pros: If you are looking for reliability and stability, then Gotowebinar is your platform, especially if you deal mostly in the B2B market. Gotowebinar seems compatible with most organization's firewalls and I never had an issue with a participant having troule logging in. It contains all the basic features for running webinars such as screen sharing, web cam and both a chat and question box for people to engage with you.

Cons: This software could use an upgrade. It has basically looked the same year upon year, which isn't bad per se but the competition continues to add features that Gotowebinar seems slow to adopt.

I love the recordings!! Very convenient and can't wait to use them

Pros: Interactive webinars that you can record and schedule anytime. you can also send an on demand url link so your clients can review your information any time!

Cons: Can be confusing at first, but they have many training videos to help...they didn't load very well so it took me over 20 minutes to watch a 5 minute video.

Overall: Helps you work smarter not harder! Present your product to SEVERAL people at one time, or whenever it is convenient for them. Get more incoming sales and leads!

Pros: you can have up to six webcams streaming at once for team presentations and you can Screen sharing and designating mouse and keyboard control to other presenters and thats geat when you made a presentation for a client

Pros: I love using GoToWebinar. Good quality of audio and video during webinars. GoToWebinar uses multiple connections at the same time, which I assume is the reason for this high bandwidth. Also, you can make a branded waiting room with your logo and a welcome message that members will see before the presentation begins. It has been a perfect training tool for our customer success team. I would recommend ensuring that you should buy a good quality microphone and recording set up so that the recordings that are produced are the best quality they can be.

Cons: I would like for there to be more options to interact with the presenter. Also, the polling questions design is functional, but no flexibility to change the design. At rare times it is glitchy with the audio when there are more than several panelists.

Pros: On my opinion Webinar is a great service with a lot of interesting features. At first, it allows you to conduct webinars without delay in the broadcast. Secondly, it's constantly developing new tools for solving your problems. I use GoToWebinar in several ways related to my project. Sometimes I present free webinars as a sales tool to introduce prospective clients to my workshops. Also, I make the recordings of these sessions available to the participants to replay later. I've had to call support on several occasions, and I appreciate the fact that it's available 24/7.

Cons: If speak about cons, then I don't have what to say. Generally, a program working good and gives good opportunity, but the design is poor and no customization. Private pop-up notifications when questions are received by attendees, I sometimes miss new questions if I'm viewing the attendee list.

Pros: This system was very easy to figure out. There are not a lot of bells and whistles to get lost in trying to figure out. There are some very easy buttons to mute or leave the webinar. I was worried going it to this situation, but there was nothing to be worried about.

Cons: This system froze quite a bit. The instructor had a hard time trying to figure out how to share his screen so we could see what he was talking about. He also did not have a way to mute everyone so if one person did not mute their computer there was a lot of noise.

Pros: GoToWebinar is one of the leading webinar software and they have many features that are good, such as creating an event with multiple times for the attendee to choose from.

Cons: Customer support is lacking, a chat feature would be extremely helpful for users and admin. I ran into a lot of issues with attendees downloading the launcher (myself included) and had several issues with the platform running smoothly when running the webinars.

Pros: quick access to regular meetings with coworkers. Easy to identify who is speaking and set mute, send and save chat comments.

Cons: The "bee-doop" sound of everyone disconnecting at the end of a meeting gets annoying fast. Sometimes the software locks up.

Pros: I like the integration it has with HubSpot to allow me to quickly build lists based on who registered, who attended, and who did not attend. This speeds up my process when I'm sending follow up materials after the webinar is over.

Cons: There have been a few instances where I've pressed the button to launch my webinar and for some reason it does not launch it. It's only happened about twice on two separate occasions which have caused a bit of panic because people were waiting for the webinar to begin. I had my IT next to me and we were both puzzled at why it wasn't launching. I believe I had to switch from computer audio, to the call in option, and then back to computer audio in order for the button to reappear and then launch successfully.

Pros: Our company has been using GoToWebinar for a number of years. Employees with different skill levels find it's quite easy to use. Email invitations, confirmations, reminders... you can record sessions as well so you can play them back when needed.

Cons: Can't find any cons at this time with the GoToWebinar software. It's quite easy to use and a lot of vendors use this software as well to update you on their product updates/modifications.

Pros: I will be honest, I didn't know some paid for this software! It's so nice and easy to use, even as just a basic viewer! I love being able to live chat questions, love how many companies use this, and love the quality of videos from this.

Cons: I wish there were more customizable options for just the viewers. It isn't a major concern, but I would like to be able to customize my experience when viewing. Pausing and rewinding would be awesome!

Pros: I no longer have to travel to attend a demonstration, event or meeting with vendors or, my clients. Everyone can connect easily from remote locations. Displays are easy to see and the connection is rarely lost.

Cons: It's rare but occasionally there is a glitch but we're usually up and running with minimal disruption. We've never had to cancel a meeting as a result, which is good.

Overall: Saves travel time and costs of renting a space for meetings.

Pros: Like very moch how you can hear very well and uses low bandwidth many functions, but as user is great for a presenter is good but the best comes in the expensive tier.

Pros: Sure, there are industry upstarts going after Citrix's Go To Meeting, but doesn't seem to be the case for Go To Webinar. So the pro is, that if you're doing a webinar-this is the software you use. Luckily, just like Go To Meeting, it's also a well-made solution.

Cons: Depending on the size of business you are, the cost will be or will not be palatable. If you're smaller, you'll have to be committed to giving webinars to make the solution pay for itself.

Pros: - Integrates with HubSpot - Allows you to gather contact information in a form and transfer to GoToWebinar - Widely recognized platform - Fairly easy to use and set up - Integrates with other "GoTo" suite of products

Cons: - Transfers limited information back to its integrated software - Difficult to adapt to inbound marketing - Some technical issues on occasion - Not very confident in data it provides

Pros: Ease of use. The first time I used it for a client, I had no difficulty understanding what to do and how to do it (and I'm not overly tech savvy). In fact, multiple members of our client teams use the webinar software on a monthly basis with no trouble whatsoever.

Attendees also have little to no difficulty figuring out how to use the webinar software (clicking on their link) or join the webinar.

Best of all -- free trial without having to punch in credit card digits. The free, 30-day trial is the way to go, as it will reinforce the product's ease of use.

Cons: We've had some difficulty branding webinars using GoToWebinar, and their templates, which SIMPLE to use, don't necessarily reinforce company branding in the smartest way.

Overall: Ease of use. Don't spend days, weeks, or months trying to figure out how to host a webinar. Use GoToWebinar and get the job done.

Pros: We recently switched from a platform that we've used for over 10 years. The saddest part of the breakup is that we didn't explore GoToWebinar sooner. The price is a fraction of what we've been paying for all that time, we have experienced no technical issues whatsoever and the support is phenomenal. Every question we had was answered promptly and in a thorough manner. We use webinars for educational purposes and it's a relief to be utilizing a platform that our audiences as well as instructors can use, seamlessly. Lastly, even our account rep who primarily handles sales, was extremely knowledgeable on the tech-side too - which helped us make the jump with confidence.

I have been a customer invited to meetings. I enjoyed my experiences when using this product.

Pros: I like the ease and usability of this program. It has always been a pleasant experience when using webinar. I receive an email, accept the invite and the appointment automatically loads into my calendar. This helps me organize my day so I can devote the appropriate time to the webinar appointments. This program has always ran smoothly for me once I have been able to login.

Cons: My one concern is logging in via my mobile phone. This has always been a struggle for me. No matter how I try, I cannot log in as instructed. The only way k have been able to log in had been via calling in. This isn't particularly convenient when I am on the road. Besides this, webinar had been quite efficient for me.

Pros: GoToWebinar is simple to use, and easy to navigate. The set up is easy, and even better that it connects to other software like Marketo. The registration, attendee and question stats provided by GoTo are great.

Cons: If you are the admin, the console can be a bit overwhelming as there's lots to remember when facilitating a live webinar.

Overall: Easy to use webinar software that works seamlessly with other marketing tools

Pros: Very easy to use. I like that the camera doesn't turn on automatically when I sign on. I like that I have to select it to have it turn on. I also like that the administrator can mute or unmute everyone, it makes the calls less distracting. The polls that pop up in presentations are also a nice feature.

Cons: I dislike that the adminstrator is the only one who can record the meetings. I am the admin assistant and need to record meetings for my boss, but need to remind them every single time to record the meeting, when I should be able to do it myself.

Pros: I like being able to participate in webinars from anywhere by using this software. It's really nice to be able to take screenshots of slides.

Cons: Sometimes the call quality isn't great, but I don't know if that is something that is by fault of the software or the WiFi connection.

GoToWebinar will save you from many webinar pickles

Pros: GoToWebinar is so easy to set up and makes our monthly webinars a breeze! Plus, it has a great analytics board that helps my team know how to improve future webinars.

Cons: My least favorite thing about this software is the pricing structure, specifically on how it will only a certain amount of registrants to attend webinars live. Though a quick upgrade fixes this issue.

Overall: GoToWebinar has improved so much of how we've created and conducted webinars!

Pros: It has easy to understand tutorials that have allowed us to present great seminars, allowing us to do it in two different languages without much trouble

Cons: It has to be downloaded and installed which presents a hazzle for the not computer savvy members of our team

Pros: We use both GotoMeeting/GotoWebinar and Zoom. I much prefer the features and usability within GTM/GTW over Zoom's capabilities.

Cons: The customization on landing pages and emails within the software is very limited. The ability to further brand event pages would be huge.

Good software for putting on a simple webinar with basic voice and chat functions.

Pros: The software is simple to use which is very important since many of your attendees for webinars will not be the most technically inclined. The software works well for voice and chat communication and has some options for multiple presenters and screen sharing.

Overall: This software works great for simple webinars and is one of the best out there for that purpose. I would for other options if you have extremely complex or interactive needs.

Pros: In a prior job we used Go to Webinar for semi weekly broadcasts and enjoyed the ease of scheduling and inviting attendees. It also integrates well with our CRM.

Cons: If we ever had to reschedule a webinar it took a fair amount of digging through the website to do so.

Pros: It is a brand name that people recognize and and any webinar invite stands to appear more credible when using gotowebinar

Cons: AUdience insights are an area I wish had more explanations. Like how attentiveness scores are calculated.

Pros: Our organization uses this for our webinars, and it works well for this role. Sharing screens, files, and reccording the session are all very easy and reliable.

Cons: The limitation we see is that sometimes the sheer amount of options on the right hand panel during the webinar can be confusing to manage during a live webinar. Very technical in this aspect.

Overall: Reliable platform for our webinars. Its dependable during the session, and that is worth a lot for our organization.

Pros: It looks more professional to users I think, because the automated lady speaking to prospect about what is happening.

Cons: The UI is confusing, and complicated, I prefer zoom, but our company still uses it for webinars. We are planning on changing to zoom or business hangouts.
