Cons The viewer needs to install the app on his/her computer, this is an extra unnecessary effort and since employees don't have admin access to their computers it can be impossible. There is no background noise distracting everyone at the meeting because the presenter can mute everyone's microphones. Cons The same aspect that we like makes it harder to ask a question, which means no one interrupts, but you have to pay close attention and take detailed notes to ask a question at the end.
