Pros

I love that you are able to specify who the panelists and other roles are. This brings structure to the event and allows you to communicate with groups of people in different ways. I haven't noticed any similar feature on Zoom.

Cons

Lots of functions and features complicate the menu, and the aesthetics of the interface could really use some freshening up.

GoToWebinar gives me the opportunity to connect in "real time" for demonstrations. It allows me to connect with the host and ask questions.

Pros

It is very user friendly. I didn't have any issues connecting to webinars. I was able to connect with people across the globe.

Cons

Every once in awhile, it would glitch during the webinar. This could be because of the internet connection, however.

Excellent product that offers all you need to meet online or big conference/webinars online.

Pros

It makes you feel that you are in person during meetings, with all features it is easy to manage the meetings as an admin or a guest. Easy to manage and use at any time, through any device

Cons

Nothing to complain, just in a few times there is a little of background noise but I think it is related to internet connection.

The sharing capability I feel could be updated a bit, sometimes it glitches out and you don't know how many participants are engaging.

Cons

The pricing is on a corporate level of users.

Pros

It is easy to access, and simple to use. Lots of places use this so we can watch their webinars they create.

Cons

There is nothing i dislike about this software. It seems simple to use and all webinars i have watched on it have been smooth.

Overall very nice. Easy to use and the navigation bar is easy to understand, displaying the names in the webinar and who is actually talking.

Pros

Its very easy to use, click join and boom, good to go. The user interface is easy to understand and navigate.

Cons

I do seem to see people muted and unmuted without clicking anything. Just randomly unmutes people. Also randomly mutes them.

Pros

What I like most about GoToWebinar is its functionality. The software allows you to organize a webinar for any purposes reliably and without any hassle. Definitely worth to try!

Cons

It is a bit pricey which can be a disadvantage for many of us working on limited budgets.

It is straightforward when you have the link to a webinar but I still wanna try to do my own webinar. This is definitely the fisrt software I would use to do it.

Pros

I downloaded it to watch webinar about various subjects kn engineering. It is a good software as it allows to interact with the public online.

Cons

I used in my phone so I could not see the questionnaire and the presentation at the same time but no other downside.

Very favorably.

Pros

Easy for non subscribers to the service to use. I attend many webinars hosted by vendors that use GoToWebinar and I have never experienced a drop due to the platform itself.

Cons

Its minor, but important to mention. The resolution on GoToWebinar is slightly lower than its competitors and when I say this I don't mean by a huge factor.

Pros

Many of our veterinary partners use this application to conduct virtual webinars. We love this because it is so easy to connect and use.

Cons

We do not conduct webinars currently so it is difficult to answer this question at this time. We are looking to do so in the future.

Pros

If you need to perform an online presentation to hundreds of attendees, there's literally nothing better than GoToWebinar. Always performs great and scales up to hundreds or thousands easily. Great tools for both the presenter and attendees to interact with each other.

Cons

Definitely gets pricey depending on which package you're looking at.

Good support during free trial, great communication with GTW team, easy to use software, excellent integration with Hubspot

Cons

The Hubspot integration could do with being more robust. The features offered by the integration are excellent, but limited. For now I have workarounds, but would like to see this integration beefed up in the future.

Pros

This system was very easy to figure out. There are not a lot of bells and whistles to get lost in trying to figure out. There are some very easy buttons to mute or leave the webinar. I was worried going it to this situation, but there was nothing to be worried about.

Cons

This system froze quite a bit. The instructor had a hard time trying to figure out how to share his screen so we could see what he was talking about. He also did not have a way to mute everyone so if one person did not mute their computer there was a lot of noise.

Pros

This is a good webinar software that is used by many different companies and throughout our University Campus, but I have only been an attendee to a webinar that has used this software. The login to webinar is easy.

Cons

I am not sure if there is anything that I like least about this software from the attendee side of the software.

Now we can attend and broadcast webinars online, in a comfortable way.

Pros

Easy to use and capable of keeping a significant number of listeners online. It is very light and has hardly any hooks and allows you to ask questions.

Cons

Maybe both the sound quality and the image quality are slightly better, because sometimes you don't understand what they are talking about, but it is very punctual.

Sometimes you need to be there to assist a conference or meeting. But when it is possible, everyone can save time by using GoToWebinar and do it from home or the office!

Pros

It is easy to join the webinar you need, the different options to answer and interact with the broadcaster are great!

Cons

When using it to assist to a Webinar once, the volume wouldn't turn on every time the broadcaster played an external link.

Overall, it's a great way to communicate with visuals to a large audience of people.

Pros

This works well for digital power point presentations and allows different speakers to lead parts of the presentation. The chat and question feature is also great. The program lets us run relatively painless presentations to large audiences and gives us complete control over who and when is speaking (which is great)

Cons

Some of our participants fail to set up the program ahead of time and we often have to start late if we have new participants on the line.

GoToWebinar allows you to host webinars for your customers and prospects, and it offers a good service if you are not a huge company that needs to do much or have few people attending the webinar.

Cons

The polling for GoToWebinar could be a little easier to use. It is a bit confusing to launch a question and then display the results.

This is the most fun we could have with a webinar. We get polls, comments, discussion groups, we can even tell who's paying attention! We do one-hour webinar training with lots of q and a and have greatly increased our attendance with the use of GoToMeeting. users log in and can view the webinar from wherever they are and interact as usual. it's an important part of our field which is spread across the state and hs a hard time getting away for much more than an hour or so.
