In order to get pricing we had to get on a call with a rep. He presented us pricing and asked if we'd like a 30 day trial. We proceeded but in the middle of the trial he emailed pricing that was nearly double what he presented on the call. We had to exchange numerous emails with them before and reach a manager before they finally responded that the pricing presented at the outset will be honored. Then on the last day of the trial the rep sent over yet another different pricing sheet. The product looks okay, but they've made it extremely difficult to purchase. We have a hard time entering into a relationship with an organization that attempts unethical sales practices Pros Relatively easy, simple product. It doesn't have a lot of control or featuers, but it is simple and easy Cons Sale rep ethics. They seem to know nothing about RMM or managed backup services. I question if they are even legit, as they continue to charge for services even after notification of cancellation. Pros The only good thing I can say is that the software basically worked, kind of. Other than that I cannot think of anything nice to say about them. Cons BEWARE, they will continue to charge you after you cancel service. Terrible technical support. The software is archaic. This saved the client thousands of dollars. Pros I was able to do a bare metal restore to replace a SSD hard drive that failed with no warning. Everything restored with no apparent issues. Cons I have not found a way to email that the backup fail. However; in all honest I have not taken the time to research emailing failures either. It's super simple to deploy, restore and manage. from backing up workstations to servers to Office 365(Emails, SharePoint, OneDrive and teams) it's a great all-round cost-effective backup solution. Pros The ease of use, the ability to see all systems backup success / failure in a single pane of glass. The easy restore process for both Cloud and on prem files Cons I really only have 2 complaints and I can live with them. 1. The lack of notifications when a backup fails (Although I think this has been addressed in the recent release) 2. The lack of ability to integrate into other RMM's or CRM's for billing purposes.
