Pros: Responsiveness and the change culture with the product. They listen to the feedback given and have made changes to the delivery of the results and development reports

Cons: For managers we do not test each person who applies so it is manual process for our Recruiter to send out

Overall: Helps as a data point in the selection process and as a development tool
