I was surprised by how simple it was to implement my databases while simultaneously setting up the web view, the Mac OS app, and the mobile view for iPhone. Especially on the go, when internet is weak or from hotel rooms; we get error messages. Pros It's flexibility and ease of use. We could develop an integrated system inhouse in a quite short time frame. Cons \- It is not reliable, especially on the go. - Customer service is not friendly. - It is easy to delete important data entries by mistake. We often need to recover the back-up. - Looks quite bulky and outdated.
